Bermula 1 September 2017, mengikut undang-undang Kerajaan Malaysia, tetamu yang bukan warganegara atau penduduk tetap Malaysia akan dikenakan cukai pelancongan sebanyak RM10 setiap malam setiap penginapan. Harap maklum perubahan struktur cukai ini akan menyebabkan cukai semakan dicaj dan perlu dibayar berasingan semasa mendaftar keluar.

Boleh mengisi masa terluang dengan game indoor yang disediakan untuk anak-anak. Kolam yang menarik sesuai untuk anak kami umur 3tahun. kolam air panas yang bersih serta tidak terlalu panas seperti yang dikomen oleh pelanggan yang lain.

Dari segi kemudahan outdoor dan indoor yg disediakan, sy berpuashati, anak2 suka. Kebersihan boleh diterima, staff yang peramah dan sentiasa berikan kerjasama. Cuma bahagian F&B, perlu di beri perhatian sedikit.

Tak perlu villa berjakuzi”
Saya menempah vila berjakuzi namun jakuzi nya tidak seperti yang di bayangkan. Lebih puas mandi di kolam luar. Air di jakuzi tidak begitu panas dan kebersihan kolamnya juga tidak begitu meyakinkan. Villa sangat besar dan luas juga berhampiran dengan kolam luar jadi boleh mandi pada bila2 masa. Lokasi resort mmg terpencil namun tiada pilihan kerana mengikut di mana punca air panas, tiada pilihan. Jauh lebih bersih dari yang di Sungkai.

Secara keseluruhan pakej standard yg saya ambil berbaloi dengan bilik 3 katil, sarapan yang agak okay, kolam air panas, kolam biasa, wifi yang laju. Kawasan tenang jauh dari bandar. Sesuai jika dari pantai timur pulang dari kampung singah satu malam rehat kan badan. Cuma saya tidak berpuas hati dengan staff masa saya nak check in ( staff lain semua ok). Masa saya check in pd 22/05/2015 jam 2.30 ptg.. setelah dapat access card utk masuk bilik sy ke bilik tetapi x dpt dibuka (keluar wrong room). Saya pun terpaksa ke kaunter utk mengadu. Staf tersebut scan sekali lgi dikomputer dan bagi pada saya. Saya pergi sekali lagi kebilik namun masih x dpat buka ( bayangkan kalau org tua kena ulang alik ke kaunter). Bila saya buat aduan ke. 2 beliau pun terus hubungi org utk baiki dan sy dpti dr perbualan bilik yg lain disebutnya lalu sy bgtau dia. Rupanya scan access card saya bilik lain, bagi bilik utk sy masuk bilik yg lain mmg x terbuka lah. Benda tu saya x ambil kisah sangat sy anggap exercise ulang alik. yg saya terkilan tiada ucapan maaf dari pihak staff tersebut. Sya sebagai tetamu ni yg sebut ulangkali terima kasih duk scan access card yg tidak btul ni.

Memang main reason nak dtg sini utk berendam air panas malam2. Alhandulillah tercapai. Cuma ada beberapa perkara yg nak disebut. 1. Air kolam biasa agak kotor. banyak sampah2 kecil. 2. staff x berapa friendly. Troli beg kami tolak sendiri and staf x offer tuk tolong angkat masuk bilik. mungkin tiada servis tu kat sini. 3. Makanan ok. bilik ok cuma rasa agak kecil. kebersihan bilik ok. keseluruhannya rasa puas hati dengan hot pool. cuma agak rasa tak patut dengan harga. banding dengan servis, pilihan makanan n keselurihan hotel tu sendiri, rasanya harga agak tinggi.

Malas nk kemas utk tukar bilik..nasib bkn musim panas Namun Staff offer kipas utk keselesaan dan terus dihantar kebilik. +Sarapan pagi yg pelbagai dan sedap. +kami Sngt happy sbb bkn peak season +Yg penting anak suka dan teruja. -Segera baiki air cond & Sinki tersumbat Bilik 108 utk keselesaan next penginap. -Harap boleh buat penutup longkang disepanjang pagar utk keselamatan pengunjung (utk elak kejadian tidak diingini.) terutama waktu mlm. -Mungkin juga boleh buat kiosk dlm resort sbb masih luas tanah nya (Contoh: 711/Burger stall) sbb 9km utk ke pekan utk cari makanan. Siang ok Tp malam agak bahaya utk drive. Kesimpulan : Tempat ini sangat baik utk pelancongan negeri Pahang dan Mercu tanda Bentong. Percutian yg berbaloi dan sesuai utk keluarga. Cuma perlu tambah kemudahan mana yg dirasakan perlu (kemudahan penginap)

PERKHIDMATAN KURANG MEMUASKAN”
Antara masalah yang saya hadapi : 1. Check in pukul 3 dan bilik masih belum siap. 2. Akses kad untuk pintu bilik expired, kena patah balik ke receptionist untuk aktifkan balik. 3. Air di Jacuzzi keruh 4. Bateri untuk akses kad pada tombol pintu habis, tak boleh nak buka. 5. Pintu bilik air tidak boleh ditutup dengan sempurna 6. Kolam renang dan kolam air panas resort di buka pada pengunjung luar dengan bayaran yang membuatkan kawasan kolam menjadi padat dan terlalu bising. 7. Check out awal sebab saya tak sabar nak keluar dari resort ni. 8. Percutian saya yang menghambarkan.

Kebersihan bilik kurang memuaskan”
Saya bersama keluarga yang membawa anak kecil tinggal selama 3 hari 2 malam. Kolam di sana selesa untuk mandi kerana ada air panas dan air sejuk. Namun begitu, Servis agak lambat. Bilik yang perlu dibersihkan kena tunggu selepas pukul 3 petang baru boleh mereka bersihkan bilik pada hari kedua tersebut. Lantai agak licin dan sinki tersumbat. Pekerja yang kurang...menyebabkan servis agak lambat. Katil yang banyak rambut...walaupun kami baru check in. Harap dapat dipertingkatkan servis pada masa akan datang.

Pro:- 1. Location and surrounding are serene and good for stress release 2. The hot spring pools are good and relaxing 3. The taste of Ala carte foods were awesome 4. A Male front desk staff was helpful to the guest and well presentable compared to the lady staff (to improve on this) 5. Have good facilities for having a course/seminars/team building Cons:- 1. Terdapat sebuah kolam air sejuk dan utk kanak2 yg sgt luas serta 2 buah kolam air panas yg besar dan selesa, terutama kalau mandi pada awal pagi dimana semua org sibuk bersarapan tetapi kami menikmati dahulu kehangatan air kolam sebelum ia menjadi tersangat panas apabila hari semakin siang. Pada mlmnya kami dapat menikmati buffer dinner dgn harga hanya RM10.00 /pax dan utk anak kami percuma, kerana buffet time mereka hampir tutup.Tiada kedai diluar hotel penginapan dan perlu membawa bekalan makanan sekiranya tidak mahu mkn mlm dihotel.Tiada tempat menarik disekitarnya utk diteroka.Kami tidak menikmati jakuzi didlm bilik yg disediakan kerana kotor, tidak pasti samada air yg kotor atau jakuzi itu sndri yg kotor kerana terdapat byk serangga2 kecil yg mati dan beberapa helai daun kering.Warna air juga seakan keruh dan kami tidak yakin utk berendam dlm jakuzi tersebut sebaliknya kami memilih untuk menikmati air panas dikolam terbuka yg disediakan.Namun bilik ini sgt selesa, sofa yg boleh diubah menjadi katil, dan sebuah kerusi panjang yg boleh diguna utk tidur juga. Untuk penginapan yg seterusnya saya lebih prefer utk tempah bilik shj tanpa jakuzi.Sarapan yg baik dan byk pilihan. cadangan saya, ada bgsnya kalau pihak pengurusan menghadkan bilangan kedatangan/kemasukan org luar ke kolam terbuka kerana bilangan yg terlalu ramai menjadikan kawasan kolam sgt sesak dan kurang selesa utk penghuni hotel. Ada baiknya diwujudkan waktu 'exclusive' hanya utk penghuni hotel tanpa kehadiran pengunjung luar seblm mereka dibenarkan masuk. Layanan yg mesra.

SANGAT BERBALOI BAGI PERCUTIAN BUGGET ”
1- Bilik sangat selesa (Cuma air dalam bilik air x panas) 2- Kawasan sangat bersih 3- Bunga Padi Restaurant perlu perbaiki service walaupun tidak ramai menginap pada hari yang tidak pack perlu perbanyakan pilihan makanan untuk sarapan. Keseluruhan sangat puas hati dan pasti akan datang lagi

dekat dengan highway... perjalanan menulusuri sungai yang jernih.... jalan bengkang bengkok yang mendebarkan...akhirnya sampai ke resort tetapi hampir terlajak kerana pintu masuk di laluan berselekoh.. pastikan anda slow down sbb tiada papan tanda anda telah sampai di situ! persekitaran hotel yang mendamaikan (sbb tak ramai orang- weekdays)... check in mudah..... bilik yg besar dan selesa pada harga yang rendah .. (thank you Agoda)... mandi manda sepuasnya dalam kolam renang dewasa dan kanak kanak... cuma Air panasnya tidak berapa panas... (mungkin perlu lagi banyak saluran air panas supaya air kolam betul betul panas).... sayang sekali... kolam air panas tidak dibuka waktu malam (tak diketahui punca).... apapun...at least ada hot spring juga di Pahang.... breakfast simple but not delicious ....ok ok sahaja... hotel staff most of them friendly.... thank you Suria!

Jauh dari pekan/bandar . Terpaksa keluar ke pekan berhampiran (more or less 10-15km) untuk membeli makanan disebabkan restaurant di dalam hotel masih belum beroperasi. Kolam mandi sesuai untuk kanak-kanak. Kolam air panas pun ok.

Pihak Suria Hot spring perlu diberi latihan insentif dari segi mengurus hal kebersihan dan mengurusan pemakanan. sewaktu order makanan, makanan saya terjatuh tanpa ada minta maaf dari pihak suria. Cicak banyak di tempat bunga padi restoran.

Saya book bilik deluxe triple pool view sebanyak 2unit dengan harga RM380 total..No bilik 201 & 202. Secara amnya kalau datang dengan family, sila bawal towel sendiri kerana setiap lebihan towel akan di cas (1bilik=3towel). Sila bawak extension plug utk cas hp etc kerana plug pin tak banywk dlm bilik.. harga makanan di restoran pula mahal 2x ganda. Jika ingin ke pekan bentong memerlukan 15-20min.. Saya ingin complain tentang towel di bilik 202, ketiga2 nya hapak sangat2. Please make sure towel ok before letak utk kegunaan customer. Aircond pula tak sejuk. Malam2 berpanas. Hanya bergantung pd aircond bilik 201 (nasib baik pintu tengah blh buka)... toilet di bilik 202 berbau semasa mula2 masuk. Exhaust fan seperti tidak berfungsi walaupun bunyi ada *sigh* Sila ambil perhatian dan tindakan. Tq
