  2. For any other currency apart from LKR & USD bonus miles will be calculated on the basis of USD amount spent on the date of booking.
  3. Bonus miles be given only after you select a PointsMAX room booking.
  4. Bonus miles will not be shown at the time of booking along with PointsMAX miles, it will be credited to your FlySmiLes account after completion your stay at the hotel.
  5. The membership number of the intended beneficiary of FlySmiLes must belong to the guest staying at the hotel (identified by the lead guest name);
  6. The rates for PointsMAX bookings may be different from regular bookings at the same conditions
  7. PointsMAX booking rates cannot be broken down into a room rate and miles component
  8. Any applicable cancellation policy will apply in full to the PointsMAX bookings
  9. Only reward miles can be collected, no tier miles will be offered.
  10. PointsMAX bookings cannot be adjusted online by using the AGODA self-service tool or by contacting Customer Service. To amend any reservations, the customer will need to cancel (subject to the cancellation conditions of the reservations) and re-book the reservation. Cancelled reservations will not earn miles, regardless of the financial cancellations conditions
  11. Miles cannot be exchanged in cash and are not cumulative with other offers
  12. The AGODA best price guarantee does not apply to PointsMAX bookings; and
  13. The Members are bound by the terms and conditions of AGODA and the COMPANY, the owner and operator of FlySmiLes Loyalty Programme.
  14. This programme is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between FlySmiLes and Members, which is at FlySmiLe’s sole discretion.
