The worst ever Check in, 1st Nov it was packed and horrendous noise from hords of Spanish families , seemed like all of Spain had arrived here . the whole building was awash withn noise were ever you go . Queing was all the way to the door that took over half an hour to reach the counter. My head was aching with the ammount of noise . The staff worked hard but I could hardly here what was being said. Room was very clean and modern but again spoilt with these loud noise sopaniards who would have loud conversations out in the corridors ... Restaurant was packed evryday. I did not bother going. Pool was packed out , the snack bar packed .. Had a drink at the bar but the noise drove me out quickly. For the price you pay this hotel is not worth it. Very dissapointed. The only good I can say is the staff worked very hard

Run down hotel ”

I go to check in to the room and the hallways are super dark. Parts of the hallways lsequentially lit as you walk in. The room looked like it was the stage of some 70’s porn movie and smelled like a garbage dump. The AC wouldn’t work. I try to call the front desk but the phone was not connected. Furiously , I go down down to the front desk to complain. They were nice enough to change my room to a better one that doesn’t smell of garbage and with a functional AC. All in all the hotel is not 4 stars by any stretch of imagination. It’s more like 3 stars. The swimming pool was average. It was definitely not worth what I paid for

upgrade the rooms”

Bedrooms need upgrading...bed, bedding, pillows and towels all old and need replacing. The hotel itself is quite smart but the rooms are drab.

Very good hotel , excellent location , amaizing stuff , but the , bed and mattress bed to be renew , cleaning should be better

More practical than grand ”

Great location great staff great value for money. Buffet style food which is cheep and convenient what do you expect when paying less than €20 a day for food and booze, however their are far better places to eat in the evening if you want quality over quantity.

In good location with correct services. Good for sightseeing but beach is a bit away. good value for money. services were good, but the food for breakfast was awful

Nice rooms, clean hotel and pool on roof. Breakfast was good, but noise hall.

Compaired whith other **** Hotels poor . Reception uneven. At arrival 9 pm charming and entertaining staff . Night and daycrew not much of attention and even some rudness . Additional charge of 3 euros for inroomsafe .

Good value for money”

All in all, the hotel offers good value for money (although the reservation was made off-season). On the brigt side, a very central location, very close to the beach as well. Clean rooms, great snacks at the cafeteria.

Nice large tourist hotel”

Nice tourist hotel located 15 min walk from the sea, right in the centre of Torremolinos, next to underground train station, the only drawback was the lack of staff, when we were checking out, there were only two receptionists checking in a bus full of tourists, which resulted in a long wait for us

Ett bra hotell mitt i centrum, lätt att ta sig till både staden och stranden. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsam och vänlig. Frukost är också bra, mycket att välja. Vi har varit här 8 gånger och ska komma tillbaka när vi reser till Torremolinos igen.

Rent fräscht med m”

Ett rent och fräscht 4-stjärnigt hotell. Men som de flesta hotell på solkusten så håller det inte den standard som det officiella stjärnsystemet säger. Man får alltid dra bort ett stjärna så i det här fallet är det 3-stjärnigt.

Se min tidigare recension av hotellet. Det som var positivt var att poolen på takterassen var öppen även i december. Skönt att kunna ta sig en simtur. Det enda minuset är att enkelrummen är på tok för små. Nära till allt då det ligger mitt i centrum. Utöver frukosten har jag aldrig ätit på hotellet så det kan jag inte kommentera. Dock är frukosten mycket bra!
