very disappointing ”

this hotel is listed as 4 star but sadly it's standards are 2 or 3. the rooms are in need of updating, the singer in the bar can be heard through out the villa area until 11.30. we had an issue with our first room and were reluctantly given a second. the second room was badly designed, had mold and flaky paint. when it rained the windows leaked . i would have given the front staff a positive review except on leaving decided to clearly blame us for our unhappiness with the hotel. breakfast was ok. the pool area was the best feature.

great hotel to relax and enjoy a bit of luxury”

It was a great hotel to relax and enjoy some comfort. The room was spacious and clean and the buffet breakfast was big and varied in what it offered. We loved being able to do some laps in the 25 metre pool and have a stroll by the beach. It was a little way out of the old town of Dubrovnik, but the bus system was easily negotiated and we had a day in the spectacular old town. During off season, it was great value for money but possibly during peak times it could be out of our reach financially.

We enjoyed staying at the Grand Hotel Park. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is great and going to and from the Old City from there on the bus was simple and inexpensive. I would stay there again. I do think that wi-fi should be included, though.

Good friendly service”

Rooms are of a reasonable size and the ones facing the sea have a great view with beautiful sunsets. Staff were eager to please and room services was speedy. It is located on a bay c. 15 minutes from centre, about a 10 euro taxi ride. There are a number of nice restaurants and bars in the vicinity and there is a pathway along the right side of the bay with cafes to relax and take in the sea views. Breakfast was good, however, i would not be keen on the buffet evening meal.

Vi blev glædeligt overraskede over dette hotel. Super til prisen, flotte værelser m. spabad, godt agodatilbud, trådløst internet på værelset, vi var glade for at hotellet var så godt da vi desværre var der i regnvejr. det bedste hotel på vores tur, kan varmt anbefales. stor morgenbuffet.

Ошибка в выборе отеля”

Отдыхали 2 женщины возраст 65+, поселили в отдалённый корпус от главного здания отеля( в не очень хорошем состоянии) и без вай фая. При просьбе переселить в более новый , отремонтированный номер , сказали, что нужно доплачивать не маленькую сумму. На сайте была указана цена, включая местный налог, не смотря на это, потребовали ещё один налог за каждого отдельно. В общем, отель не рекомендуем ( ошиблись в выборе). Не рекомендуется!
