    Terus terang banyak kejutan2 yang mengecewakan ketika kami menginap. Pertama kami diberikan smoking room padahal ada anak-anak, kemudian kunci kamar error smp 3 kali hrs diset ulang.... dan ... bath robe tdk tersedia di kamar dan ketika telp ke resepsionis dikatakan bhw hanya disediakan di kamar suite (what????? ini hotel bintang berapa sihhhh???). Please diperbaiki servis dan standard hotel ini.

    Lovely Place for a retreat”
    Booked in for a night to attend a close friend's wedding in the same hotel. Really spacious room that was very clean and luxuriously furnished. Not too sure about the location as it isn't within walking distance of any major malls; but taxis / uber / grab will get you anywhere. The buffet breakfast was pretty massive too

    Fast process check in and check out. Warm welcome team. Get free upgrade room for my request to have king bed room. Breakfast and dinner buffet with various menu and tasty. Good wifi connection and comfortable room.

    It was a great and enjoyable stay. The room is spacious, new and on point. There's nothing to comment about the room, it is amazing. However for dinner and breakfast the food is decent. some of it is tasteless. But overall it was an enjoyable stay for me~

    It's whorth it. The location little bit far from city center but it was fine for me. The room very clean, modern design and the room is big enough but there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom (maybe from the plumbing) but it was't a big deal for us. There was a big problem for us when in the morning we smell cigarette smoke especially from the bathroom (we book non smoking room), i hope hotel management to pay serious attention to this, because for us this is an important thing that affects us to stay again in this hotel or not.

    As this is my second time staying in this hotel, very much enjoying it. The hotel facilities are bery good, like the swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym very much, I used them daily. The breakfast is excellent, However, I tried the buffett dinner upon my arrival the 1st night, was less than excellent, perhaps needs to prepare more main course. I would like to command Ms. Yuniarti, FB Host for the breakfast time, always greets people withe friendly smile, making the breakfast and morning more enjoyable, thank you Yuni for the good work. The room is always clean and comfortable. Thank you. Will be back again next year April of 2019. Thank you.

    We stayed in the hotel due to an event that was held near to the hotel. The hotel was very crowded but still the staffs performed great. We ordered in room dinner and were told that it would take up to 1 hour to wait for the meal since the place was full but less than 45 minutes after our meals had arrived. The gym is wonderful. Would love to stay again.

    Not much food options around the hotel. Food in the hotel is only average, sate and chicken wings were served cold even after waited for 30 mins. Apart from food, rest is good. Nice room and friendly staffs.

    Staff were helpful with smiling face on always. Good breakfast, clean room. The only downside of this hotel is not many food nearby the restaurant. This was not a problem for me as I ordered outside food via App which is very convenient.

They upgrade our room from superior into deluxe. breakfast good, many variance menu like coconut rice, sushi, salad bar, variance cheese, jamu (traditional herbal drink), dimsum, sausage, hasbrown, porridge, juice, milk, coffee.
