Staff yang tidak mesra, tanpa senyuman. Tv tidak berfungsi dan tidak dapat menonton sebarang siaran. Air dari tandas terlalu cepat ke ruang bilik. Pukul 3 4 pagi ada customer bergaduh dan membuat bising pun staff tidak campur tangan seperti hubungi pihak polis dan sebagainya. Tidak recommend

Booking jenis bilik biasa tapi dapat bilik eksekutif bestnya.wifi laju boleh layari YouTube tanpa gangguan.bilik bersih dan ada pemanas air.berdekatan bangunan cowboy dan 3d art gallery rm20 per entry. mahal. jeng2..keburukan bilik mandi air tidak mengalir ke lubang jadi bertakung, air panas tiada dalam bilik @ luar bilik kena turun bawah minta di lobi.TV pakai TV gemuk tiada astro cuma tv2 je leh tengok.makanan pagi tidak menyelerakan bukan sistem bufet.
