Brief stay before early morning flight”
I'm never sure what kind of hotel we will get near the Atlanta Airport. This hotel was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There not much more we could have wanted for this short visit. Will plan on staying here again when we have that early morning flight!

This was the first time staying at this Sonesta, but it won’t be the last! Wendy the Manager was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and in great shape. The bed was comfortable and the room well-appointed. The staff is attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Complementary shuttle! ”
I love that this hotel provides a complementary shuttle nearly 20 hours of the day. We had a nice stay of about six hours in the hotel before we had to catch our next flight & it was an easy & comfortable stay. I definitely recommend The Burger Place adjoining the hotel.

Hotel was better than I expected. Room was big and comfortable. Fridge and Keurig coffee maker were welcome. Microwave is supplied in ice room (no ice because of Covid). Very near airport. Informal restaurant in hotel was good! Hotel seemed well managed.

Sparkling clean room & facilities, professional staff, right by the airport, timely airport shuttle. Breakfast maybe included or extra pay, depends on your type of reservation. Ruby Tuesday restaurant and other hotels are walking distance.

I arrived a day earlier than my group (by scheduling error) and needed to be near the airport to get with my group. I hotels at the airport were very expensive and screwed up. But having someone, late at night or should I say early in the morning(12 midnight)have the best attitude makes a difference in how you feel. The front desk clerk (Zenobia) did her 'thang'

This hotel serves its purpose for a pre-flight stay, but it is cold in the public areas (space heaters in the bar / restaurant) and in the rooms (thermostat didn't seem to fix the problem). Our room did not have coffee k-cups with caffeine (only decaf and tea).

Sketchy. Old, needing updates. Couldn’t find my reservation, took 45 min and lots of phone calls. Deadbolt on door was broken. Hallway smelled strongly of pot all 4 days. And my credit card was charged twice which I’m still trying to deal with. Disappointed.

The lobby looks nice. But when you get up to the room they are so nasty and dirty. Our bathtub was still dirty, black stuff in it, mold on the sides. The tile was disgusting. It smelled like urine. The sheets had blood splats on them. It was to the point where there were no other hotels in the area so we had to stay there. It’s a waste of money. I will never stay at this location again

This place is not worth the money they asking for the staff is NOT FRIENDLY , they charged for parking and I didn’t park on the lot I used handicap. They didn’t give a receipt because they didn’t do the payment. The hotel room is old looking nothing like the pictures at all. They restroom was horrible and the floors were dirty to where I thought I dropped something and it was the spots on the carpet that’s been there and they are not clean same receipts paper was in the hallway for a week. The elevator only one worked and it stunk and smelled like trash. The hand sanitizer contain that was on the wall when I got there was knocked down and sat on the floor all week long and just ran on the carpet I have pictures to prove my stay
