AVG. CREW HOTEL.”
Avg. crew hotel- very bz especially when you have so many different airline crew checking in and out. nothing much outside the hotel except more hotels. its very near the tube and a supermarket which helps. We had a triple share room. One king bed and one roll out sofa bed which was very idiotically placed since its nearer the toilet and when the sofa bed is pulled out. no one can get across to use the bathroom. SO SMART! so we had to jump ard each other for 4 days. YAY.
Wait Forever ”
There is only one staff for doing the check in/check out, waiting at least 10-15 minutes for check in and check out. There are two lady sitting behind, maybe they are busy on something else, but the feeling of giving me is not good. And the only male staff doing check in/out is slow and the attitude is not that good, and I think the training is not enough.
Near tube, clean room , friendly staff”
I stay here for 3 times on my trip. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities in room are not same , first time that we stay, they've 2 bottles of water in room provided. But afterthat they're not provide a drinking water in room anymore. But totally is good.
Perfect location for London tour”
Perfect hotel all tourist place are very near
Hotel was fine, but check out was really slow. Can do with more manpower at the reception.
Jolly Ol' England at Holiday Inn”
Best hotel for travellers! Located in the midst of Kensington where restaurants, the Railway Station, shops and other attractions are at an arm's length away! The rooms of the Hotel were clean and comfortable, the staff and concierge were quite helpful and courteous! We would like this hotel to be our address when in London!
good location, there are subway station/restaurants/cafe/pubs within walking distance. you are able to walk to Harrod's as well within 20-25mins. its a quiet place to stay yet very convenient. overall is worth of money.
The breakfast is very good. Q bed is very small despite I asking for twin beds at time of booking. the fridge is not functioning well ( not cold at all) despite requesting staff to look into it- but nothing done. When I asked if could change room, I was told i had already been "upgraded to executive room for disabled" and other rooms would be worse. No wonder the bath room is very big size about 0ne third of the room size and full of the red strings for pulling alarm and handrails. the wash basin is so low to cater the wheelchair. Dear Agoda, perhaps we should meet to see if I was disabled! I recommend it because of its location and good breakfast.
Good location but poor hotel standard.”
The hotel is fairly old with the bed mattress sunken in which does not provide a good night sleep...very dusty along the walkway to the rooms and carpet of the room too. Refrigerator or chiller doesnt work and when requested for a change...took more than an hour and none was available.staff was not bothered when ask how long i needed to wait? Staff said just wait when it comes ,dont know how long! Will not choose this hotel again for sure.
Room and Housekeeping Need Improvement”
Have high expectation on HolidayInn group but disappointed with the room condition and the cleanliness and housekeeping of the room. Have headache sleeping on the pillow. Location is near tube station and few stop to Harrods. Not too many restaurants nearby but good that it has Tesco.
Strategic Location ”
The location was just 3 minutes walk to the station and there were a lot of restaurants around the corner. The breakfast was just so so. Only few choices was available and quite pricey. The room was also very small but the bed was comfortable. The comfort room needs improvement as it was very small. No free hotel slippers too which was a downside for a Holiday Inn Hotel. Most Holiday Inn hotels have free bedroom slippers.
Lovely stay for a long weekend in London”
We had a great stay for 3 nights. Staff are friendly and rooms are big and clean. Would have preferred replenishment for toiletries that were upon request.
I only can say GREAT
We booked two rooms, the first room that we got has a broken door bell, clogged bath tub and was dirty (saw a left over chewing gum cover near the bed lamp). The second room has a leftover yogurt in the refrigerator when we first came into the room. Both rooms have no safety box. However, once we complained the above issues to the front desk, the duty manager at the time was able to find us new rooms.
I was given a room on 20 floor and was facing the London rail. The train start running very early at 5.30 and was very noisy. Luckily i was only staying for 2 nights, the noise level was very bad even the window is close.
Very well run comfortable hotel.”
Very well situated comfortable hotel to stay. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Well recommended.
Good location only ”
Good location - less than 5 mins walk from hotel to tube and supermarkets. Room facilities- Low water pressure for the shower... House keeping- the room is not that clean as we found out the cup noodle is still in the rubbish bin when we returned to hotel at night.
I stayed for 5 nights on business trip. Location is good for tube travellers; also convenient for any other transport user. Hotel is too busy with airlines crews. Rooms are small. Very basic amenities in room. £12 breakfast was good. I'm okay with the hotel as served my stay purpose well. Nothing extra ordinary here...
Substandard house keeping”
Perhaps it was a public holiday weekend. On days the housekeeping will not replace toilet papers or tissue boxes. Toilet amenities are also not replaced correctly having to call operator for replacements, and phone can only call operator and not other departments of the hotel.
The rooms can use some upgrading. As the bathroom looks as if it has not been upgraded for years. But the location was good as it was near restaurants and walking distance to some tourist attractions.
