One of my favourite hotels in Paris ”

Hotel du Ministère is one of my favourite hotels in Paris - if you are working in the area the location is great, the hotel has great facilities for a Paris hotel and compared to many other hotels I've stayed in the rooms are very big. Staff are super helpful and relaxed. Good quality breakfast. Sheets and pillows are also very good quality which is actually quite rare to find in Paris. I will definitely stay here again.

The single room is especially cramped, compared to the same room category in other hotels. ”

The shower was a pain in the neck, tricky to control the temperature, so I had to reduce the times I took a shower.

Please improve night staff coming back to the hotel in the night you get the warm experience of your grumpy uncle complaining about why are you home so late and a lecture of being conciderate of others people (his) sleeping time (more of an annoyed feeling than concerned)

I feel my one star staff is unfair to the Day staff. However the night shift takes the cake for 1 star Awfulness. Dont know where to start with his guy to the benefit that we had a great time in Paris and all the Day Staff were very nice and helpful. Lets not go in detail other than his guy is the classic unfriendly french stereotypes we see in the Hollywood movie. To Hotel owner pls do something about this we love your hotel.

Breakfast was great. However night staff performance was not so great. During the day it is all fine though. Location is not too far from the Madeleine Metro station.

Great location within walking distance to spots”

It was my second time of stay in the Ministere hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were always willing to help. The location is so great that you can reach some of the main tourist attractions on foot. The room was comfy, cosy and clean. They provided limited free nonalchoholic drinks which was quite a nice treat. I will definitely choose to stay with the Ministere hotel when I visit Paris next time.

Helpful staff with good English. Rooms are clean. Location is nice, walkable distance to printemps department store. Location on a quiet street but no worry about security.

Our stay in Hotel du Ministere was perfect - right up from check in to check out, the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The room sizes are huge - and we were expecting tiny rooms since its in Paris. Location is ideal - we walked to Eiffel tower, Louvre, Notre Damus, etc. Highly recommend.
