Value for money - Well-decorated in Interlaken”

The best hotel in Interlaken after my hotels research for days in this town. Helpful staff, newly well-decorated room and good breakfast. Nice location near the train, ship cruise, bus and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed hotel accommodation and location”

We were disappointed early evening that we could not find any staff manning the bar for pre dinner drinks, therefore we went to another dining venue for our meal on the 2 nights we stayed, told by reception staff that all were having a break!!!’

Small room but comfortable ”

Nice view from the room and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. 5 mins walk from station which is very convenient. Staff was friendly. They gave us a pair of slippers upon request.

Great Location”

The hotel is in a great location near the train station and right in town. Good size rooms and bathrooms. The only disappointing thing we encountered were the breakfast and dinner waiters. They were not only not nice, but they were quite rude.

Bad Service of the Receptionist”

we stayed at this hotel suddenly, because of the good location. When checking in, we asked a number of questions about where to buy tickets to Jungfrau and whether the hotel provided, the lady in the reception did not know anything, and just said she did not know, her face continued to pout while serving us, as if we were not paying for this hotel room. and she gave a room in the corner with a parking view, while when we asked another receptionist (i love that girl, she's very kind) she said there were still plenty of rooms in this hotel, and told us the closest attractions we could go. im forgot her name, but i loved her curly black hair.

Nice hotel at walking distance from Interlaken OST station”

Scenic location, lots of restaurants nearby, lot's of shops offering bicycle rental and tickets for Interlaken adventures & activities, walking distance from Interlaken OST station. Nice breakfast! In all a great stay. Will definitely come back again to this hotel.

The best hotel ever !!”

I love this hotel so so so much a bit far from the interlaken OST station ,but fully recommended ,easy to walk there about 10-15 minutes (with a big luggage ) when u arrive your hotel u will think everything is worth it ,amazing snow mountain in front of u ,hotel very clean ,nice design ,the hotel staff also provide good service !breakfast delicious !i can said it is A must in interlaken

The hotel was newly renovated. Bed was good and confortable and with basic necessities covered. Breakfast was also not bad with a good selection of food. Staff was friendly who showed us our room. It was my best hotel stay in switzerland and I had a really good rest here. Loved their balcony which has a good view of the snow capped mountains. Will recommend hotel to others..

Excellent location, Attentive staffs, Well decorated room”

It was perfect stay. This hotel is located near Interlaken Ost station (within 5 min walk), which is the gate to many attractions. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel has long history and interior is very well decorated. We booked for business twin room. It is quite spacious and has balcony. Staffs are very attentive. Breakfast also has enough varieties. Highly recommended this hotel.

Good stay after a long hiking days.”

The room I stay in is very spacious, probably the biggest room we stay on our trip. You must try their restaurant "Taverne," best dinner we have in Switzerland. Location is close to Interlaken OST but a bit of a walk to city centre though. It's not that far, only about 6-700m but when you been hiking 10-15km for the last 7 days 6-700m can hurt your already tired legs. So, that's more on myself not the hotel. Breakfast is great with spread of selections for picky eater like myself.

It is a very good location to a nice attraction. Staff is really helpful and very nice people. It is close to train station and Super Market (walking distance). I would recommend this hotel to any traveller.

Great Location”

We were really pleased with our stay. We really enjoyed our breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The staff at the reception were very informative and pleasant. The best was where the hotel was located. Really near the train station and where all the restaurants were. We loved every minute of it.

love this place”

very good. the only downside was the pillow. i woke up with serious head ache because the pillow is flat, not plushy. but i love everything else about this place. good value for money especially for a swiss hotel, and comparing to nearby hotels as well. very close to train station, and the station that took u to jungfrau region.

The best hotel in my trip”

This hotel is located near Interlaken OST station which is very convenient for you to travel to Mountain top attractions such as Schilthorn and Jungfrajoch. The breakfast is very nice and have a good coffee machine.

Great centrally located hotel with friendly staff.”

The hotel is very centrally located at a short walking distance away from the town centre. You can also just walk to the railway station from here. The young gentleman (wearing glasses and with a slight beard) who helped to check us into the hotel was most professional in his work attitude. He even walked us to the lift and showed us the way to our room. He was also most polite and helpful.

Beautiful Hotel in Beautiful City”

This hotel is excellently built on the place which has beautiful view of Interlaken city. Snowy mountains can be seen from the back side of the hotel, while bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Shops are located just nearby, as well as many restaurants and cafe. Really one of the dream hotels during our visit in Europe.

decent hotel located near Interlaken Ost Station”

Less than 10 mins walking distance from Interlaken Ost Station. Room is decent - enough space for us to move around. Breakfast is ok. They also provide shared microwave , fridge and water dispenser in every floor. staff is informative but not very friendly.

Beautifully renovated old hotel, in excellent location”

This old hotel has been completely renovated in a modern style, and offered us a great location, just a few hundred meters from Interlaken Ost station, and in easy walking distance from most of Interlaken's attractions. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very clean, everything worked well, the windows opened for fresh air. The staff offered us a free room upgrade, which was appreciated. In the off-season, the room was very quiet, even with a streetside view and the windows open. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and delicious-- with the best coffee I've had as a traveler in memory. Although not the cheapest room we could have selected, the price was reasonable and represented very good value.
