Super lovely hotel with very well thought-out amenities. Restaurant downstairs serves wonderful French and Italian cuisine and wines. Located slightly away from the noisy bukit bintang but still very convenient (with uber / grab, which the concierge can book for you).

Hotel yang baru, kemas dan menarik. Bagaimana pun , boleh jadi lebih baik jika dua masalah berikut dapat diatasi: 1. Banyak nyamuk. Belum sampai hotel (dari LRT) saja sudah kena gigit nyamuk. Di dalam hotel pun ada. 2. Bunyi bising dari kelab malam berhampiran, sehingga waktu subuh. Wow! Sungguh tidak boleh diterima.

My Most Favourite Hotel 2022”
Rome services very good, always fullfill what we need, attitude very good. Reception services very good, very helpful even send pickup food to my room, feel warm for their services Room is clean, toilet space is big enough. Aircond can be adjust. Watching tv on bed before sleep is enjoy, it would be better if movie have subtitle 24hour Gym & swimming pool is one of the reason i choose this hotel, suitable for those who need daily exercise. The pool view is superb, it turn to a Bar at night. Parking Valet is convinient as well their jockey services are great, RM10 per entry. Hotel location is good. Nearby alot of restaurants & cafe, eastern & western plenty of choices. Last but not least, i highly recomeend this hotel is because price worthy. With the quality of the hotel, it is cheaper alot compare to others.

Booked room for 3. I stayed with 2 elderly people. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Especially the concierge and also the valet parking. (all guests require the valet) RM10 for entire trip for parking. One time payment when you check out. Just a tiny comment, the room is for 3 ppl but all items were only for 2 pax. I do not know if this is the norm for 3 pax booking because this has happened in the past in other hotel chains. The sofa bed was not set up with bed linen either and no extra pillows or comforter provided. It was a comfy sofa but no comforter was kinda :( for me. We did call and request for bed linen which they brought over quite quickly. They also made the sofa bed for me the next day. Overall good location with many eateries within walking distance. Had a good stay and enjoyed it.

I choosed this last minute plan for honeymoon gateway for me and my husband. Overall, I guarantee to come back for another stay here! The environment is superb clean,tidy. The staff is very friendly. Thanks for the love cake that very welcoming us during our stay. We choosed more to stay indoor. The foods in the cafe is very delicious 😃😃 That open pool is 🎊🎊🎊 especially on night time. Lovely staycation place to get away from work and other chores. The staff are superbly friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped onto the front entrance. Front desk was courteous and efficient. The room was clean, bathroom was spacious and bed are very comfortable. Pillows soft and fluffy. While the view was nothing much to about but the huge windows gives natural lighting. Overall I am very pleased with the decision to stay within the city centre. There are lots of nice eateries within a short walking distance. Thank you Stripes for the R&R I wanted.

Fantastic New Year’s Eve stay”
We stayed here during the New Year’s Eve. Very pleasant experience. Most hotel rooms with carpet have a musty smell but not with this hotel, rooms are very well maintained and very clean. Love the classy and luxury interior design too. Washroom and shower with marble flooring are quite spacious. Pool and the bar at the rooftop have very nice views! Service is great as well! It was a very great stay.

Excellent place to rest and relax and their room is super clean and staff service is superb. They compensated me with a free room service for the delay in sending the meal and gave us free breakfast coz we were given the handicap room. Their customer service truly exceeded all my expectations and they also immediately extended my check out time to 2pm so that we could perform our prayers before check out. i would strongly recommend Stripes to all travellers.

My first time to stay in this area, as well as this property specifically. The room was fantastic, with lots of attention to the little details. Fantastic facilities, but where I really want to take the time here in the review is with the staffing. Literally every single person I met treated every guest like a VIP. From the valet and porter working in tandem, to front desk reception, to our server in the Club floor lounge, to the housekeeper, to the phone operator, to the duty manager and staff of the restaurant at the buffet breakfast - everyone here was simply brilliant. It is not the Majestic, in terms of opulence and grandiose facilities, but it IS absolutely a standout in terms of the lion-sized hearts of everyone I interacted with.

Would definitely come back again! I had a 3D2N staycation at this hotel, everything was amazing. All the staffs are so friendly, thanks for the Valet parking service, hotel were clean, gym room is amazing(they provide sky juice, wipes, towel and facial tissue)we can use it after our workout. The location is GREAT, as there are plenty of cafes, restaurants around the hotel.

The room exactly matched the photos that we saw on the website. Very comfortable with a very personalized touch and decor with all the necessities -- the fact that the bar was replenished daily (for free might I add) was a huge blessing! My wife and I genuinely appreciated that that 4 new complimentary bottles of water were supplied every day - something that none of the hotels we have stayed in previously have ever offered! (You usually have to buy your own water!) Housekeeping was exceptional -- always on time every morning with attention to detail -- I'd like to commend Motin for his great work. Front desk was always very welcoming and courteous -- our commendations and kind regards to Kingson, Su and Johnathan! Also the valet and outdoor greeting stuff were always quick on their feet to attend to our bags and car door opening -- thank you Sumon! This is our second stay at the hotel. Staffs are attentive, appreciated for the belated birthday card with complimentary cake slices even though I did not highlight in my booking that my birthday was a day before the check-in. Loved the comfortable bed and had a great rest. Looking forward to my next visit

I was asked to try check-in at the Stripes because the hotel that I booked (The Red One) was closed because of a power failure. I was not informed about it earlier and was stranded with no room. Thankfully the receptionist at the Stripes was so helpful and even helped me to call Agoda to rearrange a hotel room for me. So grateful to the male and female staff at the front desk. (can't recall their names). I was there on 24 December 2021. They even upgrade my room to a studio. 5 stars for the Stripes staff. Very satisfied.

Strategic location with eateries,in walkable distance. Traffic was slightly congested in the neighborhood during weekend (lunch/dinner time). Room was superb : air con strong and adjustable, rainfall showerhead with strong water pressure, good coffee machine with nice coffee capsule. They even facilitate my special request for birthday celebration with nice choc cake. Cheap parking rate of Rm10 per stay, that can in and out multiple times, with help of jockey.

We had a really lovely stay, paid a little extra to upgrade to a room with a bath tub. My kid had a ball of a time in the bath and didn't need to use the pool. The room was large and comfortable. Definitely worth coming back.
