Family of four stayed two nights. The continental breakfast had a decent variety, but better fresh fruit options would be appreciated. Only oranges and apples. The eggs and sausage were not bad. Cereals & oatmeal were very sugary, so low sugar options would be appreciated. The rooms were clean and big, but the one issue was the bed. The bed was so uncomfortable that it affected our sleep. The rest of the stay was great, but I am not sure we'd return due to the horrible mattresses in each of the rooms we reserved.

Very comfortable room with large flat screen TV. Beds were very comfortable too. And what a great price I got with booking through Agoda!

The motel was fine and clean. The hotel staff wasn't overly friendly. The restaurant connected to the hotel was amazing and their staff was very nice!

We had to book last minute and options were limited, but the room was clean and the staff friendly.

Sangat Bagus”
The hotel was clean and decently priced compared to other hotels. We enjoyed that coppersmiths tavern and tables was connected to the hotel. The staff was fantastic. The only complaint, which is totally out of the hotels control, some of the clientele were a little rough around the edges.

No sleep”
Doors slammed in the hall all night long! Air conditioning was so loud you felt like you were sleeping in a NYC subway. And a mysterious blue and white light flashed from the smoke detector every 4 seconds. All-in-all it was a treacherous night.

Luke warm”
We were not expecting a 5 star hotel but no matter where we stay we expect there to be enough hot water to take a hot shower any time of day. Tried to shower at about 9:30 am on a Sunday and could barely get the water warm! For the price, the bath towels could be bigger and two bars of soap would be nice too.

Dated but okay”
This HoJo is tired and worn BUT for my needs it was fine. Airport shuttle; fast Uber service; hot breakfast choices. Not much around. Great restaurant/bar attached. Nice pool and some gym equipment. Covid protocols in place by staff...and those required limitations not their fault.

Dirty, unclean sheets, hair in the sink, extremely rude staff, my key didn’t work…. Please avoid at all costs. Oh and they double charged my card as well. Agoda has been great but steer clear from this hotel at all costs.
