Amazing Service
We were happy with the service provided and the friendly staff. The restaurants especially Olea. We being from south east Asia didn't really know Levantine cuisine, the chef and the waiter were kind enough to take their time to explain the menu and recommend dishes as well. It was a great experience. Also the front desk and conciarge staff took their time to explain and recommend places to visit in Dubai.

Wonderful Stay
Front Desk staff. Welcoming and very polite Cafe in the Lounge - staff ready to serve you. You feel at home. Dining Room - Very good service Cleaning staff for our room - Excellent Room - luxurious and spacious

Great location, staff can be better
Room smelled like cigarettes and the front desk was slow to check me in and find a room. I had to wait until 5pm. In addition, I needed to borrow a pen and three staff members said they couldn't lend me one. Very strange for a kempinski.
