The Price is cheap but everything is not fit to that price. Room is old and dirty, noisy also. The internet is too slow. The staff was not so happy either.

The place really not bad if you looking for budget place to stay, from my point of view I just need place to sleep cause i will spend my time mostly go out. Aslong the place got nice bed and warm blanket with aircond it perfect.

Single rooms are pretty decent w/ AC but not as clean as one would like. Sheets feel pretty old but for the money is okay. Read some reviews about the heavier set receptionist being pretty rude and he was indeed as advertised, try to avoid if possible.

Location is good, was told flies and bugs fly around inside the room, asked staff to changed/checked room but refused, asked refund also refused.complain to nothing, due owner said dont care bad review, and said no refund ecen bad condition of room. For those guest need check in to this terrible room. GOOD LUCK FOR YOU!!!

I had to leave after 10 minutes ”
We arrived around 11pm, we could check in until midnight and when we got there, the person in reception started complaining how late it was. Ok, whatever. We go to the room and the moment I moved the pillow, there was a crazy huge red cockroach. We started checking the rest of the room and there was another in the aircon machine , a used bottle of water behind my bed and the sheets were dirty too, with hair. We went to the receptionist and told him and he was not even surprised. Obviously not, if you read the reviews from other people you see they say the same. We just decided to look for something else. Obviously, he didn’t even gave us the next day booking money back. Do not recommend!

The bed frame too noisy ! Cant even sleep and the bed sleep le.body will itchy ! Told to receptionist, but he did not give any explain to me .. after one night i choose to check out !

Staff is good . Check in till midnight , perfect location, in the middle of food street . Minimart and shopping mall, bus terminal is just 3 mins walk. Bus stop also near . Walkable distance to another attraction. Recommend

I stayed 3 nights paid 10$ for those period . Staff give good detail . Nice decoration . Food are all around right next door , supermarket , big shopping mall , bus stops to main line to airport or to the beach . Cheap . Value and recommend

No elevator. Poor water pressure, one evening no water on 2nd floor had to shower on 1st floor. For bars need to walk to Love Lane ~ 15 mins away
