the thing i like the most is that pets are allowed. we got the family room with pool view. the room was big and had ref inside. the shower heater was also great. the only thing i hate is the Carpet. they should just remove the carpet it is bery very dirty. rooms outside are in tiles. so i think i will book those the next time.

Pros: 1. The pool was nice. 2. Price is very affordable 3. Facilities are okay Cons: 1. Room cleanliness is not outstanding. 2. Not accessible via jeepneys and bus. Though there's plentiful of tricycle outside.

Home away from home”

1. The view from the inn is awesome! ⛰🌄🏞 2. The place is so clean, very well-maintained. ⛲️🏡🌲 3. The owners and the staff treat their clients like family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 4. The pools are 3ft and 5ft deep only which is very advisable for kids 👧🏻👦🏻👶🏻 5. It is very near Picnic Grove and People's Park 🏕and is in front of a very serene parish.⛪️ 6. They have a videoke, you can sing your coldness away 🎤 7. Their rooms are spacious and very cheap.. we got ours for p1700 a night through Agoda. It has a double bed, an extra bed (+200), a cable tv, an aircon, seating area, cabinet, makeup area, a mini ref, a separate room for the sink, a comfort room with hot and cold shower, plus an outside kitchen, dining area, and garden exclusively for us! 🏡 8. They have wild pets! (Horses, a siberian husky, chickens, and a python) and a guard dog named Champy 🐶🐔🐴🐍 9. Just outside the place there is a restaurant, a sari-sari store/bakery.🍜☕️🍞 10. They have ample area for parking space! 🚗🚖🚗 Others may find 1st class hotels in the area so much more instagrammable of course but our goal everytime we go out of town is to find a place our kids would love without causing us pocket-ache 😆 They have cheaper rooms without gardens and bigger rooms for bigger families but nonetheless, their room rates are sulit

Very Good”

They are very accomodating., i like their service.., we actually booked our stay the same day very late but they find way and give us the deluxe room instead of our standard room booking. I also love their location. The ambiance is very good, they have a swimming pool inside and you can grill too.. its like a resort

Simple Room”

We chose to stay here due to its competitive pricing in Agoda. We were choosing between this, hotel keni and the tagaytay budgetel but the last two were already fully booked. All 3 have good reviews. You may get what you pay since other hotels already charges too high for a staycation budget. We got the room "W". Small yet just enough to spend the night. Foreign visitors may find the room small but for average pinoys this is okay. They have hot and cold shower, clean bathroom. Bed was okay. Not that comfy but you are not staying in a hotel. Very accommodating staff. Have enough parking for guests. What is good here, across the street is a catholic church and 1-2mins walk is a resto called Java Jazz cafe which offers a lot of food options you can try.

Great place for family and friends”

the rooms are big and comfortable, glad that the rooms are air-conditioned since it's already hot in Tagaytay. be aware that there is a recreation area in this place, we were not aware so we missed the videoke rooms. it is across the church so its a good way to start your Sunday

Great Location”

I love this hotel big enough for us with my 4 kids. They staff are very nice and helpful. I like the location very near to all tourist spot here in Tagaytay. Just opposite side mother of Perpetual Help Church. Nice to be back to this place warm weather.

I liked the room”

The location is very accessible to nearby tourists spot and eateries,.. You can ride the jeepney outside the Inn going to Olivarez Plaza where you can ride the bus to Manila or tour the area.

The place is very accessible. Pool is a nice addition but better if its heated. Better if food service available though there are places to eat nearby. Overall the place is quiet and good for staying if touring around tagaytay.

Memuaskan”

Meron heater pero di gumagana, display lang yata. Sobrang lamig pa naman ng tubig. di tuloy makaligo . . . huhuhu! Stayed for 2 days with some thoughts na maglilinis ng room on the second day, kasi when I left the hotel walang tao sa counter. When I came back during the night, huhuhu . . . di man lang nilinis CR or yong room, or naayos yong bed kaya. Very disappointing!

Great place for groups”

Booked a room for 8 people and we were allowed for early check-in. Our room has 4 single beds, 2 double beds, fridge, TV, and a living room. Pets are allowed too. There was a cockroach in the room, which we took care of. The place has parking,cooking/grilling, common lounge, swimming pool, videoke and garden. Did not expect much due to its price, but the place is awesome for groups on a budget. There is a nearby 24-hr pares and goto for food too. Additional payment required for cooking and videoke use. Do not expect too much, but this place will cater to all your basic needs for a group outing.

Cleanliness is the key”

Its very affordable. I just notice the bidet was covered with yellowish stains and even the shower. then the old tissue was there and the water from the sink leaked. I think it needs a little cleaning and fixing, then I can say that its all good.

Affordable Inn from an excellent location”

What I liked first on this place is its location. It is one ride away to Picnic Grove and People's Park. You can even walk from the Inn going to Picnic Grove. The inn don't serve foods since they don't have a restaurant, but they sell small items like junk foods and cup noodles. I notice that they have cooking facilities like stoves but I didn't try out using one. And from the outside there is a church, some restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I can say you can easily buy your needs in case you are short on supplies. But the Inn lacks other facilities like communication devices . There is no phone on each rooms so you have to go to the reception area to make request like additional pillows, mattresses etc. They sell some light foods but they don't sell water in gallons which is a downside from me because we really need one for our 3 days and 2 nights stay. I notice the first night that the room we stayed in is visited by moths. This Inn is still good overall.

For those who wanted a flexible accommodation.”

If you are looking for an accommodation that will fit 10 people in one room. Go to Little Falls Inn and book the Balcony Room Number 4. We are a group of 7 and booked the room that is good for 6 but as we observed the room it could still fit 3 more for just 400 per pax. They will provide a sofa bed that is comfy and acts as a seat while you play, drink and have fun while in the room. They have a Fridge, a sink and cabinets to store your food and clothes. The only problem is they have only one bathroom if your going as 7 and up. The rates are cheap. The bathrooms are clean and provides hot water. They also provide meals for a price in their small store. They are on-going construction when we booked our room. They will soon have a Pool and new rooms for more guests. Staff and personnel are very accommodating as well. :D Overall, Little Falls Inn was the best for us if you just wanted to have an overnight stay with your barkada and friends. :) #MondayCrewUnite! #ToTheTitas/TitosOfTagaytay

Unpretentious. You get what you paid for. Excellent value for your money. Very helpful staff. A little old but very clean. I will stay there in my next visit to Tagaytay. BTW, get Room 6. It has a balcony and is quite big (up to 4 extra beds). Plus 100 cable TV channels.

Clean and my stay was good”

It was affordable, clean and good if you just want a place to stay while you roam around tagaytay. Our heater was broken so the water was so cold. Staff was fine. Location was far from restaurants, tourist spots and no convenience store around. Overall, our stay was good. In the other side, place was quite and could have a good rest after.

We will definitely go back here”

We checked in at an earlier time (9am), then check out at a later time (12nn) the following day. The staff were very accommodating to our requests. Toiletries were available. The towels were not in good condition anymore but they smelt good. The water heater in the shower was functional. The TV channels were working. The next day before checking out, we had the time to use the videoke for P150 per hour. The environment was very relaxing since we noticed that we were the only ones who checked in that day to the Inn. No breakfast was included in our reservation, but coffee was available so we just paid for P25 per cup. All in all, we will definitely go back here because we did not experience any hassle with the service they provided. Thumbs up for that!

Worth It! ”

The place is really nice and I must say in such a good location (overlooking taal lake). The proximity to different tourist spots is very superb. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. One thing I observed is that their water supply is not that strong but still tolerable. I will sure go back to this place and definitely recommend it to my friends.

It was okay.”

We booked 2 standard rooms for 6 adults (with 2 extra beds) and 2 toddlers for Php 4k. The place is a few miles away from common tourist landmarks in Tagaytay. Parking is free. The place has a nice garden down the slope. A church is located just across the highway.

Good Value for Money & accomodating staff”

We booked a standard room for 2 here in Agoda.. When we arrived there we needed more rooms to accomodate some of our companions so we talked to their staff and asked if they have a family room and if we could just upgrade our Agoda booking to a Family Room. She called their manager and they allowed us to upgrade our room by adding a thousand more per night. When we got to our room we were shocked how big it was since some of our companions are booked at THouse Tagaytay and the room is just small. We also like that they have a room before the bathroom. Hot & Cold shower works fine however the faucet in the sink sometimes isn't working or has a weak flow of water. We weren't able to use their TV because they only have few sockets and we needed it to charge our phones and use the refrigerator, wish they add more or at least have an extension. It's a bit creepy at night because the door makes sudden noise probably because of the wind. Staff are really accomodating. It's just an Inn, so we didn't really expect much with their facilities. Surprisingly, we liked their room better than THouse's even if they had a more modern look and better lighting. Sometimes we just want a little more space to move around the room.
