clean, got breakfast, MAXIS line and internet data are available! suitable for transit. very small room, only 1 person can perform solat at a time. value for money if it is RM90+- (discounted price).

The only thing I loved here was the cold air, if you wanna try to have "smoky mouth" while you breathing, here is the place during night time and early morning. I even captured a video for the scenes. The only things I was disappointed was the cleanliness of my bedroom, I can smell the toilet in my bed. You can switch on the ventilation fan but you have to sleep with toilet light on. For me that's the cons.

I also requested for downstairs room (because my wife broken leg) was not entertained but i understand maybe you dont have any room at equal rate downstairs. Other than that, its a nice place. Will surely stay here again next time

CONS: The standard queen room has its bathroom just next to the bed (around 70cm in distance between bed and the bathroom door), thus, when taking a bath, the water will splashed through the small gap under the door and causing the floor to be wet. The bed sheet was not properly cleaned when we first entered (some stains left on it) and no room service throughout the whole stay. The tv programmes have only 2 channels and being repeated all the time. (It's like playing a repeated movie on the same channel everytime thus it get bored after you finished watching). PRO: Location is nice although it is freezing most of the time. Food is ok.

The only good thing I would recommend is the location and staff. It's located near to the Kinabalu Park entrance and the staff accommodate us nicely. But I think you can find a better accommodation with the same price. Just not worth the money. The room is too small, you barely move in the room. They provide breakfast but I don't think the breakfast worth the money.

The view is nice at the morning but the breakfast only american food egg,hot dog & red bean had prepared.Need pay extra money RM 8 each child for that menu. The room are not suitable for family with many children.

Pros -Good location near mount Kinabalu park. -cool place to be. Bad: -Room cleanliness only 2 star. -Very smelly from the toilet even look clean. -water heater not function well. -Obsolete Door Lock . (Feel Not safe when sleep). -Very Small space (Suitable for single).

Not The 1st Choice”
Pros: The view at the back of the hotel is breathtaking. The paintings all over the cabin is quite nice. 5 TV channels that show only latest movie is a thumb up! WiFi provided and a restaurant that serves hot food. Near Kinabalu Park entrance; so it is good for hikers to stay. Cons: Very expensive for very very small room; cannot do a prayer properly. Smelly molds bed sheet; there is no good ventilation except bathroom. Outside parking, very near the main road; with a sign said ‘park with your own risk’ - atleast provide parking inside the compound or your own risk but there is security patrol/cctv. Very basic breakfast: toast bread, fried egg, baked beans, coffee. Telephonist was not friendly; just short ‘yes/no’ answers. Hard to get telco coverage; mine is Celcom. Quite far from Kundasang town; 7km. No tv1, tv2, tv3 channels; because we want to watch news & AJL hehe... TQ.

It is value for money but housekeeping is poor.When we check in,the room condition is very poor,they didnt clean the floor.dust on bed.Hot water shower heater is not function.

Rooms are made from Lorry containers and are extremely minimal and very cold inside. Water is barely warm and WiFi is non-existent. Whilst staying, there were powercuts and a lot of insects, cockroaches and bugs around. Staff were quite clueless about their local area and services and also weren’t great at English.

Hotel is near to Kinabalu Park. If you wish to stay overnight before your journey to Mt Kinabalu, this hotel is the best choice.

Bilik sangat2 kecik tidak sesuai bawa infant yg sedang membuas. Cukup2 laluan utk kita lalu je. Breakfast pulak diberikan bihun goreng shaja. Tiada pilihan makanan.
