the hotel was not good at all cleanliness is too bad and the room is not as what it looks in the pictures staff no English so it too difficult to talk with them ... again not as they said that they are talking many language the only thing good is the location

Cheap and Cheerful”

It's a good cheap hotel. Close to a metro station.Good exercise getting up that hill too. ;)

Disappointing Stay ”

The hotel has definitely seen better days and is not as nice as in pictures. The staff were not very active and on checking out I was charged more than the advertised price that I found on Agoda's site as they said the payment is in Euro not dollar and asked for the Turkish equivalent which they worked out at their own rates

I had give the resiption employee named "IBrahim" 35 tl tips but he didn't give it to him!!! Ibrahim is the best in this hotel, he is kind, smart and Smiley

The hotel is at a very good location, altough not in the very-very center. We loved the breakfasts, especially the Turkish teas and the cappucinos...;) Our only disappointment was the bathroom, which wasn't cleaned regularly and also if it was, it wasn't that much cleaner afterwards. And you couldn't close the door of the bathroom, we put a chair inside, to hold against the alwayz-openin' door. But all in all we had a very nice stay there!

Am I cheated”

Even though the rate is relatively cheap, one need to consider the distant to the Old City (where the tourists attraction are). Not easy to get a taxi as the hotel is located at a hillside. Taxi wouldn't want to send you back to hotel unless you are willing to pay extra.

Pleasant stay”

The place was definitely not so convincing on first glance but soon the rooms was good a standard queen sized bed with a TV and free WIFI. It is cheaper to book throught the internet. Breakfast was buffet style normal continental breakfast. Just 100 meters away is the main road and along it there is a lot to see. All and all it was good.

Bad service.We a had to wait at leat 1 and half hours to check in and the toilet was not neat.no proper facilities. The should get good training in the hotel service.

the hotel is excellent value for money,located in the heart of istanbul with all major attractions near-by blue mosque grand bazar ect all within easy walking distance as well as the major fatih area shopping centre.mcdonalds just round the corner,staff are freindly and polite rooms are clean,breakfast is basic and simple could be improved.recommended

het hotel heeft alle benodigde voorzieningen, vriendelijk personeel. de kamers zijn eenvoudig, noet groot, maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt: wc, bad/douche, tv, koelkast, airco. een goed, niet te uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk personeel. gratis hamam, sauna,stoombad. massage tegen betaling. winkels in overvloed, meteen naast de deur al allerlei dagwinkeltjes. de bezienswaardigheden zijn allemaal op loopafstand of indien gewenst met de bus.

Bu otele 3 yıldız kim neye göre vermiş merak ediyorum.kahvaltı masası pis temizlermisiniz dedik mutfaktaki çalışan bayan ne çar çar ediyorsun pus diye söylendi dövecektim elu.den zor kurtuldu.yetkili özür diledi işine son vermişler son verseniz ne.çok basit bir otel her teri dökülüyor.resimdeki e görüntüler aynı değil.pansiyon daha iyidir bu rezil otelden.

Тихий отель Pianoforte”

Нашли отель достаточно быстро и просто. С чемоданом шли в гору очень не радостные. На ресепшен говорят на английском, умненькие мальчики. Быстро заселили нас, правда оплата по карте была по невыгодному курсу, лучше платить наличкой. Номера красивые, просторные, свежие простыни и полотенца. Нас всё устраивало. Соседей не слышно, жили на 5 этаже. Завтраки как и везде в отелях стандартные, голодными не будете. Персонал отеля рад был помочь в возникающих у нас вопросах. Мы остались всем вполне довольны.
