Masalah Pintu bilik kamar mandi”

Overall best sangat puas hati. Cuma pintu pintu bilik kamar mandi sahaja yang terlalu ketat dan tak boleh di kunci. Everyone of us yang dah siap mandi kena ketuk kuat sikit supaya ada one of us yang dengar tolong tolakkan pintu dari luar.

PENGINAPAN YANG MENYERONOKKAN”

apabila tiba untuk check in, kami terpaksa tunggu hingga jam 3 petang kerana bilik sedang dikemas, sedikit kecewa...namun apabila masuk dalam bilik...keadaan bilik sangat cantik dengan permandangan yang sangat mengkagumkan...Bilik mandi kemas dengan tub mandi menghadap permandangan aliran sungai pulau melayu yang hebat !

first time staying at pullman & here my full review”

this is my first time stay at this 5 star hotel call pulman. since its my first time i'm expect they have a good services from everything tidak mengira mana2 aspek. bahagian reception layanan agak baik sekali. mereka melemparkan snyuman walaupun saya kelihatan seperti orang biasa & tdak nampak kaya memandangkan hotel ini lebih sinonim dengan orang kaya raya. saya saja2 hendak gembirakan my girlfren utk merasa hotel mewah sambil manjakan diri sndiri. memandangkan sy menggunkn kereta jenama malaysia, sy dilayan agak kasar oleh seorang security guard yang menjaga bahagian car park. there is no equality kalau sy gunakan kereta lembugini mahupun nissan gtr mngkin security tersebut tidak meninggikan suara kerana sy tdiak tahulah sy bertnya. dont try to be rude with me hanya kerana sy mnggunakn kereta biasa. jgn telalu memandang rendah. layanan harus diberikan sama rata. kerana kau xtau latar blakang orang yang anda layan. jgn smpai saya start enjin mustang ford baru minta puji layan dengan baik. bahagian bilik pula saya suka konsep harga blik paling murah skali dari pullman iaitu dlm harga rm230 lbih semalam. agak luas & cantik. kolam renang sy hendak komen sikit. agak tidak memuaskan kerana kolam renang seakan2 tidak ditukar air nya. ada trdapat lumut2 di bawah prmukaan air. saya sudah beberapa kali tertelan air semasa berenang dikuatiri keracunan. tolong jaga kebersihan kolam renang anda please untuk imej anda sebagai hotel 5 bintang. in the morning semasa hendak checkout sy tidak sngka ada staff pullman mengucapkan good morning kpd kami brdua. disitu sy puji sikap staff tersebut. semoga tabah menghadap perangai orang kaya2 yang lain ya bro walaupun trpaksa. sudah itu keja kita katakan. deposit sy pula tidak diberi, sy maafkan sebab kemungkinan amoi kaunter tersebut terlupa atau memang mahu songlap pakai pergi ming cafe malam ini. hahaha.. please layan everyone tidak mengira status, tidak kira bngsa. orang luar ka org dlm ka datang hendak menginap jgn smpai layan kmi

this is my second stay with Pullman, both of which never failed to meet my expectation. in term of their services, staff, and cleanliness, all of which leaves me a great impression of their branding. would stay again with Pullman if i were to travel to Miri again.

Best Hotel in Miri”

I won't stay anywhere else in Miri. Unfortunately the pool is being repaired until the end of May 2019 so no access but as usual the staff are great, breakfast is extensive, room is large and clean. Not much to grumble about here.

Salad corner vegetables & fruits are not fresh. Porridge corner propose to hv cooked peanuts. Fruit corner was empty with no watermelon. Juice & coffee corners was good with multiple choices for selection. Fried rice was so so but fried mee hoon was good taste. Bread & butter corner was good with multiple choices of bread selection.

This is my second time coming here with my small family. We went there last year in May for my daughter's birthday so we went there again this year to celebrate another birthday. Our last experience there was a bit sour, the pool was being maintained so we had to use the Jacuzzi. The housekeeping staffs can be heard talking and joking around from our room while my toddler is sleeping. So we came again this year and much to my surprise, the pool is being maintained again, but we did ask the staff whether we can use the Jacuzzi or not. She said OK, but when we went there they said the Jacuzzi is being maintained too. We were asked to go to the next building to use the pool. The housekeeping staff once again made the same thing, while we were taking an afternoon nap, we heard loud voices from outside of our room. I like to come to Pullman Miri because of the ambience of the hotel rooms, spacious rooms, friendly staffs, but I'm upset the same problem arises when I stayed there.

Best Option in Miri”

For me this hotel is the best option in Miri for business travellers. It is a reasonable price for the room and facilities and is easily among, if not the best hotel in Miri. My only issue with the place was the smell of stale smoke in the room on the first night I stayed, which was probably due to some filthy person smoking in the room previously (even if it was a non-smoking floor). The smell had dissipated after the first night and was no longer noticeable for the rest of my stay. Positives are the breakfast; good selection of Western and Malay foods, enough to keep everyone happy, the bed; was large and comfy and guarantees a good night's sleep and the modern shower has plenty of hot water at good pressure. There's also a bum gun which after living in Thailand for 20 years gets my seal of approval.

Pleasant Stay”

Everything are almost perfect, except for mosquitoes experience by my husband. Sure with come back to stay here. Their staffs very polite and attentive especially their bellboys (forgot their names), Ms Nurhayati at executive lounges, housekeepings staffs and any if any issues they will response immediately.

First time stay”

As a first time staying guest, i felt comfortable and relaxed. Reception staff was friendly and welcoming. My check-in experience was good. The day was hot and hazy. Receptionist "Alvin" was a good person and professional. He provided Ice Lemon Tea while checking in. Room was quiet and clean. Facility was fantastic. Value for money and great place to stress release.

The view is really stunning from the rooms. The drinks at the pool bar however are really expensive considering the amount of alcohol provided in that drink. That was really disappointing. Everything else was great!

Great staycation”

The place is indeed for relaxation. They have pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, spa services. Breakfast is also okay. Room is spacious and clean with very soft pillows. Highly recommended. Given the chance, we will stay in this hotel again.

Good location with great view of water front and the sea. Bed is comfortable and room is big and clean. Staff service is good. I taken off 1 star from facilities is due to our cold breakfast meal. I am surprise that at 8:30am most of the food is cold especially the eggs dishes. Regardless I am glad to stay at Pullman and will stay again whenever im in MIRI.

Good location, new hotel ”

The rooms are new but the one I stayed in was too sparsely furnished, we had no place to put our 3 pieces of luggage as there was only 1 luggage rack. We ordered an extra bed but it was not made up nor provided toiletries on the 2nd day. Only the 2 twin beds were made up. So we had to ask Reception to make up the extra bed and send toiletries. The seafood buffet on Sat night was good value for money.

Absolutely Satisfied ”

We were greeted with warmth and friendliness at the reception. Beautiful decoration at the lobby. We had a great room. Suite. Huge and spacious. Interior is nice and simple. Truly felt like home. Bed and pillows were absolute comfort. Overall, we love it at Pullman.

This hotel is located in a Waterfront Miri, a location of convenience. Pro: 1. Very near Miri's Siti Payung where the best Kek Lapis is. 2. Eateries are less than 5 minutes way 3. Auto Laundry is also less than 5 minutes walk 4. The infinity pool located at 7th floor has a scenic view 5. The hotel is in a very rest and relaxed area Con: 1. The TV programs is too little. There is no HBO or even the worst Vision Four. 2. The pool should be bigger.

Centrally located hotel”

Stayed before. Disappointed at the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom. The whole room felt slightly dusty, the floor hadn’t been mopped and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. When the hotel opened it was superb. I wonder if they are giving the staff enough time to properly service the rooms between guests.

City Centre hotel Miri”

The Pullman Hotel Miri is located by the river in an excellent location. Good car parking. Excellent bed but the pillows were dreadful! One hard one and one huge softer one. We’ve stayed here previously and not had this as an issue before. The bed mattress though is super. Excellent shower / bathroom. Great WiFi. We didn’t use the restaurant this time but previous visits it has been very good.

Love it!”

I have stayed at this hotel for so many times and never once I regret or let down. Their room was very big - it can be easily mistaken as a suite if you compare it to the other hotels. The room was very clean and nicely decorated! There were many food to choose from for breakfast but somehow the quality is not as nice as it was before but still okay. The staffs were friendly and efficient, so a big + !

Great place to stay”

Superior Twin Room, room given no. 1615 level 16”

Centre commercial, good location, city view and sea view, easy to find some food very nearly. Staffs serviced very good. But when I stayed that day one night here, around my room something disturb, got sound likely knocking about from 10.00pm to 12.00pm. Then I asked recipients to check that. He said nothing happen. After 1.00am everything is OK.

Short Rest”

It is an ideal place for rest. I had a room that faced the sea and it was awesome! With a cosy & beautiful scenery before me I could just stay in the whole day. There is a number of eateries within the vicinity. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel”

The room was very big.Service is very excellent.The only bad thing is that when i go for the Bbq night at the Pullman kitchen ,there was not much food left beside the bbq station and it is only 7:30 pm.But i do recommend to stay at this hotel and we definetely will come again.

Very well worth hotel”

Price is good when booked thru Agoda. Cheaper than other site. almost everything is well maintain in this hotel. Spacious clean room. Only thing happened during my stay is that the TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night showing the welcome message. I believe this is due to a system error and not those spooky things....haha. Overall highly recommended

All good except ....”

Stayed at Pullman regularly. Great hotel. Beautiful spacious lobby. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. But housekeeping is bad. Room not done until late afternoon. Items in toilet not replaced. Checked out in the early morning to a huge empty lobby with only 1 staff. No concierge, No doorman. Only 1 young man at the counter. Amazing for a 5 star hotel!!

Good 5 star hotel in Miri”

Pros: comfy bed, spacious toilet and room. Good facilities, eateries nearby and malls (Imperial) are about 15 mins away on foot and 5 mins by Grabcar (widely available 24/7). Good breakfast spread, food is hot and fresh. WiFi functionality is good and stable. Rare drops in signal although it requires you to sign in regularly when you attempt to use the WiFi. Cons: Breakfast spread not topped up fast enough. TV channels not wide enough for a family stay, it's targeted for business travelers. Verdict: good 5 star hotel, family and business travel friendly.

Nice and clean”

The compound is near the sea which offers it a great view. nearby within walking distance have nothing much available, no shopping mall, no supermart, etc. The breaskfast spread is great. The lightings at the gym is strangely dim and gloomy when exercise at night.

Over all the hotel is good but the room cleaning services can be better. The room that I stay for the first night, the bed side table are not clean up as there are drink stains on the surface. I was not given hand towel and bathroom toiletries are missing some. Other than that, it is actually a nice hotel to stay in.

Good hotel in good location”

Pro: The location is good with a nice view. The service was very good although the check in person seemed ... high? But otherwise all people were good. Evening buffet was good but lots of people. Con: Was very sick and missed my flight due to sickness. Needed the room for another night but reception was a bit difficult. Was disappointed that I didn’t get more help considering how sick I was. I really could have used a doctor.

Annoyed”

There seem to be a flaw in the hotel, i experience my key not working for my room just before 12 of my check out and i have made 2 trip from the elevator to the receptions. EACH time, i cannot access your own room but can access the elevators. I am stuck having to go back to the receptions. There is no phone on the floor to call for assistance. I have to travel to reception. For a highly regarded hotel, i am surprise to experience this. This bugged me. The first time i when down, the receptions staff already made a mistake on my card as he renew my key card for before 12 and timewise it was already after 12.

A better hotel in Miri as compared to others”

It's a better hotel in Miri (as compared to others) with good location. But unfortunately Pullman or Accorr really need to review or audit this hotel. The hotel's room is 'empty': no clock, toiletries, set only for 1 set (and very basic), very limited tv channels (extremely disappointing), nothing on mini bar, tea/ coffee maker (?) as advertised. I think the hotel is trying to save costs. I afraid it tarnishes the image of Pullman and Accorr. Cleanliness in the bathroom is also very poor.

1. Unfriendly front desk upon check in 2. Unstable wifi network during my 5 days stay and only able to use the wifi at lobby area 3. Helpful housekeeping staff upon my stay and friendly to assist for any request 4. Food for breakfast are okay just need to improve the menu due to the menu keep on repeat almost daily the same meals 5. Location okay, near to food restaurant and doby 6. The rest are okay, and for sure will stay at Pullman again next time!

The best hotel in Miri”

Firstly, thank you to the front counter staff, Hasbullah for doing a great job. I was requested for seaview room and yeahhh the view was breathtaking. We were satisfied with the facilities, service and the room was great too. Plus the location also very strategic coz the restaurant and mini market were just walking distance. The pool also very nice which is facing the sea and miri city. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me well. A simple chitchat over the counter during check in. The room was superb! Apart from being very clean, it has a great view as well! Too bad I couldn’t stay longer. Oh the bed, it’s soooo comfy. Wish I could spend more nights there.

Just staying here overnight. Booked two deluxe rooms. The rooms were well equipped with things like fast wifi, iron, hair dryer, disposable slippers, kettles, shower essentials, etc. The rooms were mostly clean. But the shower areas needed scrubbing Moulds were starting to form on the sides. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with many delicious varieties offered. But, some of the seats in the dining had odor. Time to leave them out in the sun. Will come back here, again.

You’ll get what you paid for! Well, I think this sums up it all. ”

Pros : Well furnished, well decorated, amazing location, amazing services (gym, pool, bar), very good rooms. Cons : This was my fourth time in the same hotel and I think I’ve said it earlier too. I know the parking fee is really cheap but why does it charge for the parking for its own checked - in customers? And, I also think that on weekends...the pool timings should open a little bit more until midnight (keeping safety in mind). I would still give 9/10 for this hotel.

Another great stay at the Pullman”

We stay here every time we have a night or two in Miri. I booked the wrong room type this time by mistake and they switched me over to my regular king size bed room without any issues. The king size bed is very comfortable, the two single bed rooms have firmer mattresses. The staff is wonderful. The gym and pool are great. Will stay here again.
