Great location but reception staff is inefficient. ”
The hotel has a beautiful property and surrounds. The hotel has a bar and three restaurants that serve quality food. The complimentary breakfast buffet was top notch and staff at Neel Mahal restaurant were polite and pleasant. The reception staff and housekeeping were disorganised and slow. The reception staff called us on 2/4/18 although we had booked till 3/4/18. After clarifying our booking details they asked us to pay for restaurant bills as it was the end of financial year. We had to express our disappointment with their treatment. On 2/4/18, they approved a late check out. We then got a call asking us to check out at 11 am instead of 1 pm (as approved). I had a cut and requested for a band-aid three times before they gave us one. It reflects poor communication between staff and inefficient service. I have given stars for the property and restaurant staff’s hospitality.

Too Noisy for a Family Vacation”
Loud Music and Speakers blaring until late night for 2 of 4 nights stay. The rooms facing the Open lower terrace is being used for hosting late night parties with very loud music. Also, avoid rooms facing Service Store Rooms else same noisy situation all day & night. Other than this stay was good.

There was continuously disturbing hammering sound in midnight from 1.00-3.00 pm. The staff is non-responsive and work only as 'check the box'. Security is inadequate as no screening of vehicles happens at main entrance gate. Radisson Blu-Udaipur was a 'nightmarish' experience!

Beautiful hotel but noisy ”
A beautiful hotel with excellent amenities and staff; but very noisy, unfortunately because of the open style layout of the hotel it was very noisy. We could hear the lift going up and down all day and night and people walking up and down corridors. I think India is generally a loud place, perhaps we are over sensitive and used to the quiet of home.. Not sure I'd recommend to anyone wanting a quiet stay.

Though my stay was very very comfortable but at the end I have to say something here. As you know my booking was including Breakfast & Dinner for my stay from 20th to 24th August, 2016. But to my surprise on the last day of my stay i..e 23rd August, 2016 night when I went for dinner with my wife I was informed that I will have to pay for the dinner as the same is not complimentary for today. I had to take up my voucher issued by you from down to the Manager on duty and even the duty Manager at the first instance informed that the dinner is not complimentary as only three dinners are included. When I told them that I will have to write to higher authorities including you, I was offered complimentary dinner for 23rd night. At the end of my stay this give me a very bad taste as I did not liked this attitude from every one. This I am writing for your information and taking up with the concerned at Radison so that such things do not happen in future. At the end I would also like to say that otherwise I was fully satisfied with the services and quality of food at the Radisson Blu Udaipur. I would again like to use your as well as Radisson's services in future.

Restaurant and it's staff were great.”
Everything was fine except swimming pools. One pool was not available the second one had two steps missing from the ladder.
