Saya tempah melalui agoda apps dan bayar online. Bila sampai di hotel untuk daftar masuk saya terpaksa tambah duit untuk daftar masuk. Receiption kataHarga online tidak sama dengan harga di hotel. Agoda tidak update harga terbaru hotel meraka. Sangat tidak puas hati dengan harga dan kelengkapan bilik.

I pay in agoda RM85 .. This is agoda price with tax . But when the time i check in ..the staff said i must pay the balance ..which is rm65 perday ..so 2 days rm130 .they say they have changed the price in agoda but agoda still gives a cheap price ..they do not know why so and still give a normal price as directed by their boss ..so the balance is rm55 .. very not recommend... And the room is not same with the picture... Other hotel and other place is not like this and never like this but why this place?.i dont know why ..

Facilities is worst”
To owner of this hotel, please do some invest to upgrade whole thing inside the room from bed, tv and all the facilities, so then your room hotel is value for money. Dont too "kedekut" to upgrade hotel room. Location is strategic, you may increase the price if you uprgrade. Right now i can say your room is value for RM10, its mean too worst. Im not blame your staff, their all good. Go, upgrade your hotel. No need to apologize for every complaining, cause you never care actually. Do upgrade to prove your effort. I might return to your hotel again to see what you did for your hotel.

Short stay due to flight cancellation”
Stayed here for a night while waiting for my next flight. The room was small, the lobby was dark and loud. I got a room right next to the lobby and you can hear people talking in the lobby. No facilities as its a budget hotel. Cant expect much for the price you're paying.

They put on agoda, and i pay for the agreed price. When i check in, they said the room already full and give me another room with RM40 extra charge.

Booked and paid for online based on the price but upon arrival i am asked to paid extra with the reason they’re system aren’t updated with the online promo. With the no refund police I'm force to pay which really feels are tourist trap. The condition of the room are a far cry from what is shown on the website with the power point being covered by tape,the ac looks like its about to fall out of the wall,the water pressure for the shower feels like being sprayed by a water bottle and the wifi is only for display due aren’t able to connect. What’s worse is the towel ad some mystery hair on it and the condition was the same as the towel the mamak restaurant use to wipe the table. For those who are looking for a place to stay and cheap this really aren’t worth it.

So many fee charged etc, 10minutes check in before actual time, children fee charged even room for 2 person, dark place, dust room and many times call the staff just play phone at the back hotel..

Manager tried to give me a dirty, smelly old room away from the actual hotel in a clearly unused area behind metal grates and padlocks. The room was nothing like the room in the picture and description on Agoda. When i insisted that i had booked a different room he insulted me repeatedly, tried to take my passport from me with brutal force, started trowing my luggage around and tried to get people to beat me up. I was terrified while his employees were scared and embarassed. I left the hotel and went to the police. I will submit the police report to Agoda.

Please be carefull guys before book this hotel. They have a trick. I booked a single room with price RM38 from Agoda. Unfortunately, once I want to check in the staff said the room is not available and I have to change another room and the staff asked me to pay RM40 to upgrade the room. They didn’t update the price from agoda. This is unaccepted. How you can say that from day to night you never update the price???I booked around 8pm. I have been experienced like this for other hotel but they upgrade my room without additional payment. My friend also experienced with Bilton Inn Hotel. They were SCAMMER.

rooms not suitable for families staying, employees dishonest to refund deposits, untidy rooms, mattresses and blankets dirty with sand. Water problem,not able to take shower. If there’s no other, this place can be the last choice.

One of the worst experiences ever”
Upon checking, I need to top up the payment since my booking price from Agoda is lower then published rate. Unprofessional response from Manager on this issue...need to add payment or it will be burnt. Upon check in room, the smell was very bad and facilities are not properly managed & maintained. One of my worst regret in life!!!
