Great place for Group Staycation”
Y2 has very spacious rooms for their price. The amenities are basic but all clean and modern. You have everything you need to host a group staycation. You can even stay for a week, if that's what you're looking for. We stayed at the 2bedroom deluxe and we couldn't ask for anything more. Y2 is conveniently located near convenience stores and even a modest market. It's also close to Makati's Poblacion, which is a hub of restaurants and bars. Overall, excellent for your money. Will definitely stay here. Already a go-to place for me and my friends.

I would recommend if you guys will come to Makati and you’re a big group like friends or families. The Two bedrooms deluxe is the best choice for you. The unit is nice. It has kitchen, entertainment area, two bathrooms and two rooms. What I like most about this hotel is It can accommodate four people in one unit which really helped me to decide. We had two units. My mom and relatives are happy when they saw the hotel. Additional points is the city view from the unit. 👍🏻

Poor houskeeping, AC dropping water all the tine, simetimes reciption do not answer the phone, SPA t”
SPA does not answer at all you need to ask housekeeper what to do houdekeepers chatting loudly all the time, bad smell coming out of the sewer, my room window not secured. I m so disapointed.

Need Improvement in Service ”
Defected elevators most of the time . They don’t consider the regular customer Example; I requested reception to make my check out 2:00pm instead of 1:00pm unfortunately refused my request although I’m regular customer to this hotel. One of the day didn’t change the towels when they clean my room. They have tow elevators just one operated the other one is defected during my stay 12 days. They didn’t put enough shampoo or soap in the rest room. It’s really need to improve the quality of services.

An average hotel with average service and, below average facilities. I stayed for 4 nights before leaving to stay at my regular hotel, the Picasso as I had simply had enough of the various issues. To start with my first room had almost non-existent internet, after sending the handyman to fix it, whose entire solution was to hand me a new voucher they agreed to move me to my second room. The second rooms internet worked, the fridge did not, this was then replaced with another fridge which was also faulty. The shower was tiny with a cheap shower curtain, then, as I left the staff accused me of damage and demanded payment, trying to stop me leaving. What they didn’t know, was I was heading to their sister hotel the Picasso and made it clear, I would head up to their regional office to sort this out – absolutely furious!

We apologize for all the inconveniences and we take full responsibilities for it. After you reported internet as intermittent, our technician re-set the router. We also offered room transfer so our Guest don’t have to wait and can enjoy internet immediately. It is also our SOP to carry extra vouchers with passwords and username to avoid having to go up and down. The fridge was checked in normal condition prior to room release. It is possible something happened from the time room was released and the time you checked in. Our technician replaced the thermostat but fridge was not replaced and was still in working conditions up to this day. Charges for damaged stained linens were no longer applied as you had a complaint about our elevators and the housekeeping employees who had to share it with you. Our Front Office Mgr called you to hear your concerns and to try to make it up by offering complimentary accommodations on your next stay in Manila. Our offer remain, Sincerely,

Theft inside the hotel ”
On the third day of stay , I discover my Apple Watch is missing , I reported immediately to the front office and house keeping . I have proof that I’m wearing my watch when I checked in , it was in the CCTV footage . Upon investigation, they approved that I am telling the truth , I escalated this issue to the Front Desk Manager ( Ms. Grace Marasigan ) I discover also that the safety deposit box in our room can be open by a master key . Prior to submitting my complain , I check and counter the suitcase , the room , the bathroom and the safety deposit box for more than 3 times . On June 27 ,( Wednesday before I had a meeting with the front desk Manager ( Ms. Grace Marasigan ) I open the safety deposit box to get some money for our daily need , to my surprise the watch is inside the safe underneath the lining of the safety deposit box . Obviously, a staff who had the master key of the safety deposit box open it and place the watch inside . That is consider “ Theft “. No words after that.

Based on our investigation, we cannot conclude that this was a "theft" as the watch was never missing but simply hidden inside your safe. As for the "master key", no staff has access to it, only one Manager has it, under strict security procedures. We value the safety and security of our guests very much and in our 5 years in operations we can humbly report we never had a theft issue inside the hotel. I love staying here but this time we chose the two bedroom and it is by far the worst rooms I've stayed in. It would have been worth it to rent two separate rooms.

Great for barkadas night out! ”
Kitchen utensils and equipment are almost complete. Grocery store is just a walking distance. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room is spacious and aircons work perfectly. Bathrooms were also clean. The only disappointment is that the Swimming pool is smaller than expected (pictures can be deceiving). But over all great for barkadas night out.

Excellent location next to A.Venue mall. Fantastic room. The room service was great too. The only downside which felt unfair, was that they fill the fridge with two type of waters: Evian water and Y2 Hotel waters. BOTH being part of the minibar / upsell. The only free ones are left out on table, but they look exactly the same as the pay ones in the minibar. This seems to becoming a common practice with hotels lately in Philippines.

Yes indeed the complimentary water has the same label as the water for sale however the size of the free bottle is significantly smaller and has a "sleeve" around its neck explaining that the bottle is complimentary.
