The hotel is clean from the outside till inside’s room. The water pressure is quite big, its so comfortable when showering. The workers are kind and supportive in my whole residence time. The snacks and drinks provided in the room are free of charge which save my life when I checked in midnight. The surroundings of the hotel is quite convenience, there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby, also the self service laundry. One of the biggest shopping mall, Mid Valley, is just 15minutes drive from the hotel. And the Aeon Tebrau is 20mins drive and can reach mount austin in just 5mins more. So far, the hotel is valuable to me. I will revisit again when needed.

the hotel is very reasonable and good. All the accommodation are totally nice. The important thing is about hygiene, for Muslim people the cleanliness is very important.

Great location, many restaurants and convenient store within the walking distance. I was impressed as hotel provided fridge and ironing facility in the room, compare to other boutique hotel will only provide upon request. Basin also comes with hot water. Overall is good, if comes with ASTRO it will be better.

The reception, staff and local manager are very helpful, they are kind enough to upgrade my room to me. Clean and newly renovated. Excellent.

Good location. There are many restaurants nearby & just 10min drive to Mid Valley shopping mall only. The room is very clean & comfortable. Parking need to park outside beside road & pay with the ticket of city council.

Hotel really has its plus points but disappointing in some aspects....”
Chose this hotel due to its real good ratings but first disappointment came when till 7pm after a few attempts was still not able to check into room... perhaps this is holiday season but feel hotel could have prepared better since I had performed all check in procedures and was told room is being cleaned but the wait was unacceptable. Toiletries provided were unfortunately not acceptable as well except for the lovely choice of toilet paper! No tea provided but just 2 sachets of 3 in 1 coffee and this is a Triple room booked:) however location and friendly and apologetic staff really helped override all other disappointments.

We got to the hotel a little late and the staff there were still very busy and frazzled. One had just started having his dinner. But they were still friendly and helpful and checked us in in no time. Room was clean, beds firm and clean, toilet clean. Couldn't ask for more or an overnite stay. Sad that the dimsum place downstairs has closed down but there's still no lack of food in the area.

Powerful shower supply 🚿 Aircond is cold enough. Staff is nice and help me put the parking ticket. Fridge, hair dryer, drinking water, iron, many hanger can be found in room. Hawker center is waking distance and there is a chinese pharmacy at downstairs.

Its a decent stay in here. Everything is great except that I didnt get my city view room and the room smelled cigarette though i requested for non smoke room. Wifi isnt working so im using my own internet which is okay coz full bar of line. Can check out 1pm without any charges which is great. Staff is okay. And you need to pay deposit with cash or transfer during your stay here ya. My rate for this staycation is 4.2 out 5 due to room shoplot view at the back and smell like cigarette.
