Our Place is just few blocks from Texas instruments, along the highway, surrounded by eateries, bakeshop, store and Laundry shop. One ride jeepney from Victory liner terminal.

Owners are living nearby, guests can call us anytime if there are any problems.

We also accommodate couples or small number guests. Rates are per head/room, kitchen and other areas of the house will be shared in these cases. We also accept short term boarders.

Overall, our stay at this transcient is very satisfactory. We've been to a few hotels here in Baguio during our past trips and I can say that I'm most impressed with this one. The place is very nice and it has everything in it, from hotel-like facilities to super fast internet. My mom was actually surprised upon seeing the aesthetic interior because we had our room booked for only 1,000 per night and we had the whole apartment for ourselves since there were no other guests that time. The place is quite peaceful and private. Also, kudos to the host for being patient with us as we arrived at around 3 in the morning. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely book again when we go back.

Affordable and clean”

During my stay, I was the only one staying in the property. The place have 3 rooms that can be shared by solo travellers like me or can be rented by the whole family. Complete with kitchen and cooking equipment. It's a one jeepney away from the city center. The place is well maintained. The owner responded to all my queries and request immediately. 😊
