I booked online and I already recieved a confirmation email, when I arrived at the hotel my reservation is not anymore valid cause the room is already occupied. Worst experience!

Staffs are so hospitable and it is a best place to stay when you are not from Ozamis City and have medical related reasons in MHARS, like after a medical procedures, or a place to stay for your Family.

I paid the full amount of 560 PHP which was the amount showed in Agoda, the moment I checked in she told me that there's a 100 PHP deposit and I'll be able to get it once we check out. When I went in the room there's a ceiling fan and I thought the aircon is included on the room that I booked, she then mentioned that Agoda is not updated, if we want to use the aircon we just need to add 150 PHP to upgrade, so just to have the aircon turned on we paid the 150 PHP. After that, we went out to find for a place to dine, when we get back, she told us that there's a change of price in the aircon room that it's no longer 700 but 800 and it started last January 2nd of 2022. The front desk lady could've informed us earlier. Then she told me that I can just use the 100 PHP deposit to pay for the increase rate of the room. Please fix your pricing!!!
