Bathroom's floor is slippery”

Quiet, big room, however, the room's cleanliness needs to improve especially the floor is slippery.

New hotel in central location. ”

This is a new modern hotel quite close to the Chonburi "Eastern" bus station. You can walk from the bus stop quite easily. The reception staff are very helpful and speak English very well.

New and very clean hotel”

A very nice new hotel with a friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again, the next time I come to Chonburi. The downside to the hotel is the location. The neighbourhood is not very exciting and rather dirty. Usually I don't mind eating local food, but I did not dare to eat in this neighbourhood.

Staff needs professional training”

Being both an international and local frequent traveler, I've seen many kinds of hotel and standard of operation. This hotel seriously needs to give their staff more training. We booked a total of 7 rooms. Upon checked in, I requested to the counter staff for both double bed and twin bed. The counter staff responded LOUSILY with "you booked with agoda, you never indicate in booking" , the manner, the tone, the facial expression SUCKS and it PISSED us off seriously. Bed type is subject to availability, yes this we clearly understand, but this staff replied nonsense. The security guard in the carpark demanded our vehicle to park in a specific lot where the whole carpark is empty. No problem, we followed. Next, the security guard guided our vehicle into the lot, FAILED to notice our side mirror will CRASH into the pillar if we moved in more. Our driver notice that and stopped the vehicle. The security guard still waived for the vehicle to move in more until our driver point out to the guard. For all drivers, do not follow the security guard blindly, you will get your car crashed if you do. Out from the lift to the room, there is no sign to tell you left of right to your room, you have to check it room by room by yourself. Cleanliness in room is ok, except that there are a trail of ANTS in the room, shouldnt be in a new hotel? Location is perfect to people who wants to go to THE FORUM PLAZA CHONBURI. A short walk of 5-10 min will get you there. Local food is all around the neighborhood.

Our room is big and clean. Style and security guard are friendly. Breakfast, including porridge, bread, coffee and noodles, is good.

A good place to stay”

The hotel was easy to find and the large, clean room was perfect. The only thing missing was a kettle, but the reception was able to provide this on request.

Perfect location ”

The location is close to some street food, tucked away from the main road, hence, it's quiter at night. The staff and manager were so kind to give in to my request. I will will come back soon. The only thing that needed to improve is the water pressure in the shower. It's too weak.

友人を訪ねての一人旅で利用しました。 部屋は清掃が行き届き、とても清潔です。 また歩ける範囲内に食事できる店も沢山有り、 今回は週末開催の海鮮屋台にも散歩がてらいける距離でした。 機会があれrば必ず利用します。
