"I have booked two rooms, room 144 and 145. Rooms were large with 2 queen sized beds in both room. This is definitely one of the cleanest rooms I ever stayed. Thumb up for housekeeping and hotel. Toilet is very bright and clean. Best toilet! Hotel gave us 4 bottles of water daily. A welcome fruit basket. A total of 8 pillows in each room. My family had a very comfortable sleep and stay in this hotel. Location is not an issue to us as we hired a driver. Breakfast was ok, quite the same comparable spread as other hotels. Staff was polite and friendly. I didn't use the pool so no comments. Overall, I give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended!"

"i stayed at the hotel only one night, but would like to visit again! the service was good, the room spacious and clean, the staff very professional and friendly, towels and linens clean. the location was not the easiest to find, but well worth it once we found it. after passing the security gate the road leads up a small hill, and so the resort is on the top of a hill, scenic view, quiet, really nice place! breakfast was ok, and offered a choice between american- and thai-style. i chose the thai food, and was served a chicken-rice soup, very good! in addition there was toast if you wanted, and orange juice and coffee and water. before checking out, but after leaving the room, one of the employees came to the pool where we were, and asked if i had left my cell-phone in the room. i wasn’t aware of that until then, but was very happy to get it back. i just wanted to mention this – as trust is important for a good stay! thank you for your honesty and friendliness! "It's a small family operation. The family is very warm and welcoming and goes way out of their way to accommodate. The staff always try to be helpful, but sometimes small things fall between the cracks. (But nothing that spoiled our time, it was more of a family operation trying to meet 4 or 5 star standards for the first time.) The location is great, the rooms are fantastic, the food and wine were terrific. I would strongly recommend to friends and family and it's likely I will be back. "
