The maintenance and communication need to be improved, good location, breakfast will be a problem ”
We booked for two nights for four people room. . Foot wiping dervice had broken holes, see enclosed picture. Key chain was Old and broken also see picture. The 1st night there was no towers and that was not for environmental reason, but just they were shortage of towers. When we checked in they didn't tell us at all, but only when we found out when taking a bath, they then explained they did not have enough supply for towers.Even finally they did provide it to us when we asked. But we felt unrespectful. The carpet was smell. Bath room is big with bathtub which is good. Breakfast included. The hotel told us the service would start at 7am, but when we were at the breakfast cafe and was told it won't start till 8am. But our coach leave at 8am!! Next morning we went at 9 15 am and was told we had to wait for 30mun ,but our train old leave after 40min.

Staff is not professional ”
As we go on Chinese New Year holiday, the hotel was almost full surround Yilan area. We booked this hotel by Agoda in advance. As we check in around 2 or 3 pm, the staff told us please check with agoda first. Your hotel room wasn’t confirm yet. I was shocked on that time. I was carry 2 of big luggage after a long haul flight. I was very tired. After 15 mins, they told me that your room was confirm. Obviously they are not professional and cannot handle during high peak season. On the other hand, the room is very old but maintain cleanliness.

Simple yet satisfying ”
The only problem I encountered is that the address of the hotel has been changed yet not shown on Agoda. Luckily I read Chinese and I found the new address by looking for the hotel's website and found myself at the right place. The hotel itself is simple yet comfortable enough with local feature. It is very close to Yilan train station with a nearby Night Market. This is not the most touristy area of Yilan yet a good choice if you are heading to other places for leisure exploration and not wanting to spend too much on lodging. It is also clean enough for a good night rest. The bathroom is again simple yet functional and clean. The wifi service makes things easier, too. When I left in the morning, they had gotten the Macdonald's breakfast ready to go, though cold already, however warm to my heart.

great frontdesk staff”
the first time have a very polite greeting from the staff, very helpful in giving us information about the train we're going to catch for the next day. the hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the train station, and 1 minute walk from the night market. we book the quad room and it is surprisingly clean and quite spacious. the bed is comfortable. i would stay in this hotel again and recommend this hotel to my friend visiting yilan next time.

Mucha was located just metres away from Yilan station. Breakfast was given in Mcdonald's voucher is not too appealing as Yilan is famous for its nice street food. Hotel room was very spacious and cleaniness is nice. Overall I'd stay again here for my next visit

Excellent location in Ilan”
This hotel is around 5 mins from Ilan Station on foot. It is located in the shopping area of the city centre. There are Watsons, Starbucks, Kuang Nam...... right around the corner. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly pointing out where we could go around Ilan, but one strange thing about this hotel is you were handed McD vouchers to eat your breakfast there. I find this a bit peculiar. The room itself is generally clean except one or two spots and there is a lift in this hotel, I was glad. Overall, book this place if you have a train to catch in the morning.

Simple Hotel, Centrally Located in Yilan”
This is my first time staying at Mucha Hotel. The hotel was previously known as Milan Hotel. It was refurbished and re-opened in 2013. When my family and I arrived, we were greeted by non-friendly nonchalant receptionist that can't be bothered about us as we checked in. She did not even explain how to turn on the air-conditioning or any other staffs. She was just too busy with her handphone. However things improved in the evening when another receptionist took over. She was much more friendlier. The rooms were simple, but a window that access an air-well. Hence no view unless you book the room #01 which have a view of the street below. Otherwise the room are adequately equipped with air-con, wifi and cable TV. The bed is comfortable, just that the bed sheets and quilt cover seems to have been washed too hard that the fabric feels rough. The hotel is located near to the morning market where there are plenty of nice food and near the night market. Recommend for short-term stay and family.

Each voucher is for a simple sausage muffin and a drink, if you are a big eater, it is not enough. Our quad room only received 3 vouchers, being that we only have 3 adult staying. you need to request for another to be provided. The rooms have a stale smell, the carpets are dirty, the bathroom walls are moldy. The double room bathroom door are broken and cannot be closed. Great Location: 1-3 mins walk to Dongmen Night Market and other Cafes/Eatery 3 mins walk to nearby 24 hours supermarket 5-10 mins walk from Yilan train station

Good hotel. It is was a bit hard to find because it is upstairs in a block. Room was always freezing when we came back because they seemed to leave the air con on all day. Main issue was that you could see into the bathroom because the door was made out of glass. Not really what you want when you are staying with a friend. Also on a lower floor
