Location & Design – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, as I had work near MITC (Melaka International Trade Centre). It is conveniently located away from the city center, which helps avoid traffic congestion, yet it remains close enough for easy access to shopping and dining options. The design and architecture of the hotel are one of its standout features. It is beautifully constructed with traditional Malay influences, creating an elegant and grand atmosphere. The interior decor is equally impressive, with spacious hallways and a welcoming ambiance that makes the hotel feel unique and luxurious. The hotel is also Muslim-friendly, with a mosque nearby and facilities catering to Islamic practices, which adds to its appeal for Muslim travelers. 2. Room Comfort & Facilities – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) I booked a family room, and I was very pleased with its spacious layout and beautiful view. The remotes were not properly labeled, leading to confusion when trying to control different TVs in the room. If someone used the remote for the bedroom TV in the living area, it would only turn the TV on or off but could not change channels or adjust the volume.
