Nice hotel though not by the beach or other attractions, rooms having plenty of amenities and features... Initially, the front desk staff gave me a room key of an occupied room resulting in embarrassment as I entered an occupied room.

The interio and exterior hotel environment are as great as we expected, kinda love the unusually garden design of this Songkhla hotel. Staffs friendly and helpful and the room is capacity is larger, clean and tidy. Very classic and rare found Thailand hotel in Mueang Songkhla.

The location just in front of the beach is fantastic and with many seafood restaurant and bars in the night. All the staff is surprisingly cute, kind, polite and smiling. Very good and clean hotel. Room is big and very comfortable bed. Next door is the local hawker centre selling local food. So good and very reasonable local food price. Best hotel I had stay in Songhkla so far. Will come here again next time.

Went as a family with a 4 years old. had a swimming pool and everyone had fun. was located at the quite side of Songkhla Lake. pristine surrounding with beautiful sunset view. hotel staff was amazingly nice and resort is clear AF.

The hotel is very clean, we are very happy with this. The front desk staffs are young and friendly, including a very cute Poodle (I think he is one of the staff). The location is considered good, it is closed to Songkhla Zoo, but a bit far from Samila Beach. I will recommend this hotel to my friends who are going to visit Songkhla.

The food at their restaurant is excellent the staff can’t do enough for you John and his wife are friendly swimming pool is very clean it a place to chill out at may go back in February for a couple days food I say again is outstanding I recommend the fish chips or the grill platter.

The staff very friendly even weblate check in..the extra comforter and pillow very cheap..just 50baht... The breakfast is simple...but not bad.. We are glad to stay here..near to samila beach...and tesco lotus... Easy parking... Have a cafe or restaurant near the hotel which have a live band...but its ok, not hear at room and they closed 1am.. Overall we really satisfi...

On a ad hoc trip from KL to Songkhla, booked it online, was very cheap so expectation was that it would be just a bed to sleep, was shocked when we arrived as it was brand new (8 month in operation only) clean and it access card style security. It also had ample dedicated hotel parking. Draw back was there was no restaurant but there is a pantry on the ground floor tho...

Spacious room, helpful staff, great location at the edge of Old Town Songkhla. Reasonable laundry rates. Parking available. Near a Mosque - halal eateries a plenty. We stayed there for 2 nights and we didn't have enough time to try them all. Within walking distance of Old Town attractions, and to bike/motorbike rentals to go further to places like Samila Beach, Chalath...

Recommend for vintage architectural lover as you will love and recall your childhood for 60, 70 and 80 generation.

We`d a night stay after the trip to Songkhla zoo. Only few mins away from the zoo.Simple bfast included in the package room . Children loves the salty swimming pool anyway. Big room and recommended to those travel with children. Wifi available too.

A nice motel with a large room with efficient air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Shower has cold water only but that's OK. Each room has a parking space. You will need a ride because the resort is about 5 km from town. It would be great if they would rent bikes. No food is served but they sell drinks and snacks and there are loads of small Muslim eateries nearb...

This is a nice apartment situated in the Songkhla Central. The staff are very helpful and the room is spacious and tidy.

In term of hotel conditions, it's really good and cozy. Room is nicely decorate and prepared. I think this is a new hotel since things look new. Each room get their own parking garage in front of their room. The only setback of this hotel is their location which is quite hard to reach from the main road. Thai budget hotels do not generally score highly for facilities or staff. V Place is a very pleasant exception. Songkhla has little to recommend it but within the city this hotel is the pearl in the oyster. Because it is new and attempts to cater to the expat offshore oil based community this hotel offers excellent value.

This hotel is one of the best hotel i ever stayed in Songkhla. It is only 5 min from the city. Room and area are clean, tidy and well design in the modern way. Very pleasant serene place ,it locate at the norther most part of songkhla,to get to town need to take tuk tuk but thats not problem,the hotel staff where very helpful to make call for me with no charge.the surrounding where good as it was just minute walk from samila beach.the theme park like ambiance do make you wonder wether you at a beach or on a theme park vacati...

Swimming pool still under repair, so have to be precaution when swimming. Would visit again if swimming pool finished repair.

son of resort owner & restaurant staff advised reservation is essential. the food was so-so, and through the entire night there were only 3 diners. went for a midnight stroll and realised I was the only occupant in the entire resort. the whole place is in dire need of urgent repairs and cleaning.

Easy to find food nearby, have a 5mins to 7-11 and 10mins walking distance to Songkhla Night Market. Smart TV inside the room, allow tenants to watch Youtube if you do not watch Thai TV programs.
