Happily Stay in Mui Ne ”
The most impressive about Serenity by the Sea was the cleanliness of this hotel with the sea breeze. This was our best choice of our first trip to Mui Ne. We booked the rooms with seaview, it is right in front with panoramic ocean scenery. So amazing with the deep blue sea. We thought the fishy smell may come along with the room a package. Surprising - not at all. We got to know the owner & family over breakfast session. Very friendly and warm. Everyone was so cheerful with the chit chat and a-la cart breakfast. We will definitely back to Serenity by the Sea if there is a plan of our next trip. Oh yes, we have 1 con side to share here ie. the water pressure is a bit too soft.

Great hospitality and cozy hotel”
It is a small boutique hotel with nice decoration, especially around the sea front and pool area. Many beachfront seafood restaurants are within walking distance. The seafood in Mui ne is very fresh and cheap. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room is new, modern and comfortable. Bathroom is large and everything practical and functional. One even better if they could improve would be the blanket as it is quite thin. It warms us up in the aircon well but I would prefer a more fluffy blanket. Breakfast is a choice of dishes, not buffet style, with some fruits and cake. I really love the coffee.

Though my stay was short, the staff served us well. They were helpful in clearing our doubts and ensure we enjoyed our stay in the resort. The room was better than expected. For a 0-star resort, the room was really spacious and clean. The view from the back if the hotel was really beautiful. It overlooks the ocean and we catch the sunrise there. Really satisfied with the resort. Would definitely come back to stay there again. However the standards of the bus company we booked from the hotel gave us really bad service. The bus came 1 hr late and it was really dirty and our welfare was not well taken care of. I hope mui ne backpacker would maybe change bus company rather than choosing this company for their guests.

It is a excellent hotel that eally near beach in mui ne, the staffs are good too. they satisfied all our require, also they povided nice suggestion of staurant, shops, etc. staffs are reliable and it is quite near the bus station to the near cities or outdoor activities, the wifi is good and also large tv. And it is just 1 minute way to the beach, which contain several km long.

Mui Ne Resort stay”
I will stay again in this resort if I will return to Mui Ne. Very nice location. Nearby the restaurants, there is mini mart, the bus from Saigon dropped us and picked up us in front of the hotel. We can hear the ocean waves from our room. Very relaxing spot.

Nice little budget hostel by the sea”
We booked a unit by the sea and the breeze was wonderful. We had a good stay to enjoy the beach. The water from the toilet for showering needs work though cos I could have sworn it was a bit salty.

The owners take a really good care of this place. Not a speck of dust on nearly - all - white furniture. Breakfast was freshly cooked by the owner. Will definitely come back!

My group has 7 people and rented 3 rooms, it's quite suitable for all and you guys can rent motorbikes with 100k VND per day in front of the hotel. There is a bar/pub which is next to the hotel and acoustic cafe too. If you go along Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, you will see many seafood stores and just choose randomly, I think they all are same :)

My 2 night stay at the hotel was good. the room and bathroom was clean. the hotel is going through a renovation. it is definitely worth your stay to enjoy the sun, breeze and beaches.

Warning! Worst Hotel EVER! they give away your credit card details!!!”
First of all, we are travellers for more than 3 months already and were accommodated in very basic hotels and hostels already. We do not have high expectations at all when it comes to accommodation in SEA but this hotel is seriously horrible and we feel responsible to tell everybody. We had the worst experience staying there for three days. The so called backpackers resort is first of all very boring, there is no backpacker community at all, it is more quite and secluded. Secondly the beach is not a beach at all but more a dirty piece of stoned slope inclusive dirty water, you can barely swimm there. The garden looks nice though, but the rooms are very basic, dirty and the furniture are mostly destroyed. in comparisson to the high price its absolutely not worthing a stay. There are much better hotels and hostels around, even cheaper. And also the staff is not able or willing to talk to you, very poor english, which even would be fine if they at least would have been nice to us. they just show you the room and they are done with you, no further information about mui ne, no support at all when it comes to bus service questions, or food or anything! But the craziest thing was that they took the money from our banking account without letting us know. we booked through agoda and wanted to pay in cash at the reception, but the staff told us they are not working with agoda but with booking.com????WAHAT??? And so they took the money from our account, without letting us know. therefore we had to pay a higher rate, since divers transaction fees were due, we didnt understand that at all! When we were complaining at the reception nobody wanted to talk to us, they even shouted at us to leave the reception area. After a little fight we managed to receive a bill about the transaction they´ve made and we could´nt belive what we saw, on the other side of our paper were credit card details from former customers including names, addresses and ALL creditcard numbers (also security n

good stay. we stayed 3 nights in a private room. could probably have found a little better deal if we were trying to stretch the budget but we weren't, so we opted for this place for the social aspect. it's easy to link up with other travelers and occasionally the staff organizes a crew to go out to dinner and for drinks. the tours they offered were crap, as most tours are. dyi and save some dough and have a better time doing it. overall it was nice - right on the beach.

Great, fun and central located to access the beach”
It was good except for poor and old in room facilities. Aircon was broken and fixed right after but could not be adjusted the temperature. If the hotel pays more attention on renovating the rooms a bit, it would be much nicer. The hotel has really great gardern and beach access
