Best hotel in Mukdahan”

The Mukdahan Grand Hotel is probably the best hotel in town, which is not really saying much. Don't expect too much of it. The rooms are spacious and look really nice. You can also hear your neighbours very well. The walls are thin! Some of the staff speak English. So you have to be lucky. Breakfast was as expected: nothing special. The usual toast, rice, porridge, tea and fruits. There a a lot of bus tours stay there and they seem big into their Karakoe at nights but its good value for money and central..

Good hotel for the price”

This hotel was nicer than i expected. I was worried because the room was so cheap, but the hotel wasnt that bad. The bed was relatively soft, a lot softer than the bed at the other hotel we stayed at in mukdahan. The hotel is not new, but it is in pretty decent shape. My room had a nice view of the river. Not a four star by any means but would stay here again when i come back. I am pretty picky about hotels but i cant really think of anything to complain about. However, this hotel seems like it caters to large tour groups, you know the really annoying ones with those ridiculous big busses.

Nice hotel”

We were there for a big bike rally in Mukdahan. We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were large and comfortable. The only negative is that the Internet was not working well while we were there, but got better toward the end of our stay.

Graceful Hotel”

A very graceful hotel where everything just flows with ease. Check in, room service, breakfast and checkout went without a problem. The room was very comfortable and well appointed and clean. The bath was welcomed as we had been traveling all day and were tired and dusty from walking at many sight seeing places around the northeast. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfied every taste.

Friendly, decorated well and what we needed.”

This hotel gave us the rejuvenation we all needed after a long day driving and viewing the sights of the northeast of Thailand. The staff were very accommodating and were very helpful with the luggage and assisted our youngest traveler at the ice cream fridge on several occasions. Breakfast was plentiful and the fresh made omelets very tasty.

Fantastic Hotel, highly recommended, friendly staff, great location but there was a conference going on at the time for dinner which overtook the atmosphere, probably doesn't happen very often would have enjoyed dinner better in a quieter place.

Where's the Pool?”

Rooms were OK...The hotel is a bit off the beaten path and not easy to catch a tuk tuk from this location. The buffet breakfast was mediocre. Other than the custom omletes, not much to offer in the way of Farang food! We tried the restaurnt on Sunday night & the service was horribly slow !

Grand it is not - Dirty and noisey”

We checked in late afternoon but the room was not ready, we had to ask for many of the items that are stated as supplied, including towels. The room was not a double as shown in the booking advert but a twin room with a double bed which meant that one of us was against the wall and did not have a bedside light. The room was too dark even with all the lights on, music from the "Pub" could be heard even on the 8th floor until the early hours of the morning. Breakfast was OK if all you had was eggs, freshly cooked and toast, all other food was cold even 10 minutes after breakfast started. The table clothes were dirty, if I had not pre-paid I would have left immediately. There is a large car park but no spaces are reserved for hotel residents. I will not stay there again.

When we order this hotel agoda say they have pool and pool-area...but no pool.... When we go to the resturant they have a lot of farang-food in menu, but when we order they always say they not have...

The room was just fine but the foods very poor especially room service cause no foods as in menu, all finished. Breakfast was just average, not many choices.

Noisy, and not very clean hotel over starred”

The room has 1 king bed so one person is against the wall and does not have a night light. Televion is avertized as having sattelie chanels but none are in English. Breakfast is not good for none Asian people all there is western style is eggs and toast.

Super hôtel ”

Dommage que je n'ai réservé qu'une seul nuit dans cet hôtel car il est super , j'ai eu une chambre au 12 ème étage avec la vue sur le mékong excellent, chambre impeccable spacieuse qualité prix rien à redire. De plus à côté de l'hôtel une superbe discothèque avec des concerts en live. Je pense y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour en thailande
