kids room and breakfast are the best
Mulia is too modern and less Balinese touch. How I wish the breakfast in open air like other resort also with bali music that would be perfect. But the quality of the food still the best. In love with kids room too.

Excellent but with strict policy
Very nice resort and impressive structure and facilities but , their smoking policy is very strict !!! You can't smoke in the room or balcony !!!! You have to smoke in the designated areas only !! I'm in vacation and smoking is part of my relaxation . The other negative thing is their check out time , they don't give a single minute after 12 pm , if you stay in the room you will be charged a full day charge and they are not cheap ! Though I checked in at 3 am and I didn't get any discount , so the role works for them but not for the guests . At the reception when I was checking out they recieved a call from the house keeper saying : there is a missing face towel !!! And they asked me : where would it be ????!!!!! It was in the balcony I replied . ( acusing me of stealing a face towel ) !!!

I like this hotel, the breakfast is a lot of choice, the bed room is very comfort, the private beach, and the restaurant inside the hotel. This is the real 5 star hotel.

Disappointing Staff and Manager
Thanks. I see you are still NOT informing people your ocean pool is closed for renovation. We asked to be moved so we can access the other infinity pool - which should have been made available when you closed down the main pool - but we were told we needed to stay at the suites and pay an extra $700+ USD. Absurd as we already paid a hefty price for the room we got. Just so the wife doesn't get disappointed on her hand picked hotel on our Anniversary! - I agreed to pay more just to find out we were going to get placed in the last room facing some garden. That was the last straw - your manager (Wednesday check in time) told us it was FAIR that we were getting less than what we paid for and had to pay more if we wanted to use the other infinity pool. This is going up on every travel site so people know what you guys are doing over there - if they still want to book your hotel then at least they have all the information. Unlike us and a few more who felt trapped and cheated with the lack of information and communication from your hotel

I love it
I love this hotel. The service is superb. Smiley staffs are everywhere and willing to help. The room is awesome too. The bathroom is high tech with motion sensor and heat warmers. Although i am a bit disappointed with the TV selection. For this class of hotel i think they should have more variety of channels, but hey you are in Bali. I recommend asking for higher room floor for better view.

wonderfull place, but I am disappointing.
when I stay in 2 room, for my family, 2room have bad smell from Air Conditioning, I am complain, they need long time to fixed this problem, and 1 room still bad smell.
