Metro International is close to Nariman Point, as well as the business area of Bandra-Kurla Complex. The famed Juhu Beach is a short cab ride away and is more of a place to munch on snacks than go for a swim. For some street shopping, head over to Linking Road and remember to bargain. The tour desk at Mumbai Metro - The Executive Hotel can help arrange for trips to historical monuments in the city. And despite their budget prices, the hotel offers complimentary airport transfer.

Reasonable place for business travel”
close to the airport and office space around saki naka .... place is a bit noisy due to proximity to the road. but for me the proximity to office and airport was important.
Good Location but small hotel”
If I have chance to go to Mumbai, I will book another hotel
Staying in the Executive Hotel”
Great Hotel near Airport, friendly staff.”
Great Hotel near Airport, friendly staff, Great breakfast with airport transfer.
this hotel is terrible. ”
This hotel is awful. The staff is very unfriendly. They stuck us in a room with visably stained sheets and the whole room smelled like a septic tank. They advertise wifi as a perk of the hotel but the wifi didn't even work in the main lobby and the staff just told us to deal with it. The room was disgusting, mosquitos everywhere, hair in the drain from the previous tenants and poor attitudes of the staff. I will never come back here and suggest if you don't want bed bugs or scabies or to feel condescended by the people who work there that you don't to here either.
disappointing. room condition was terrible.”
the staff were amazing- they happily spent the day taking me sightseeing. they even sent two drivers to the airport. room condition was terrible.
very poor service”
very poor service from desk staff. i told them to arrange pick up and drop off to mumbai airport and because of their poor service i missed my flight and that cost me extra and when i told them they don't listen about my complain. :
Well, it was a disappointed stay in general. I booked a deluxe room with FREE airport transfer and breakfast for 1 night. Before I've started my journey I sent a mail with the flight details to ensured the pick-up from the airport because it was an early morning arrival flight and I was new to the crowded city Mumbai. I arrived there at 0210hrs on 19th Nov where there was nobody to pick me up. After about an hour later I called the hotel, the guy said to me there was no room at that time and I have to wait for a room to be vacated around 0730am. The guy offered me either to stay at the airport or he would send a driver to pick me, but I had to stay at the lobby till I get a room. I was confused, I had the booking confirmation dated as arrival on 19th Nov and prior to my arrival I have given the flight details to the hotel where they did not mentioned anything about the unavailability. This guy told me the room was not available was because they have 1200hrs check-in/out policy. I waited for a room more than 4 hrs inside the lobby. During the time of check-out I had to pay directly for an extra night where I did the check-out next day at 2320hrs. Note: I slept only 1 night. The funny thing was my final invoice was not tallied with the amount I paid for the extra day. When I demand for a corrected invoice they said it's not possible. With continuous argument they finally paid back to me 1/2 days's charge to match with my invoice. To conclude, I do not recommend to choose this hotel because of the incidents happened during my visit to Mumbai.
Good hotel .... staffs were very good”
It was good. All the staffs including the receptionist were very good
First two nights were a nightmare. ”
We booked and paid online for economy rooms. The photos were misleading. The economy rooms were on the first floor. When we saw the rooms, the white coated painting, outside and inside, were an eyesore. Even worse, the shower was located in the toilet! We rejected the rooms and were offered the rooms on the second floor at a cost of RS 1000 for the two rooms per night. The first two night were a nightmare. We hardly slept because of the noise of horns from vehicles on the streets. On the second night, a bachelor partying was held in the room next to ours; the noise continued until 2am. We requested to be moved to quieter rooms. The next two night were much quieter until people started passing through the passage to go to the "banquet" room for a party. When this quitened after the party, the conversations of staff at reception could be heard all night. About the "banquet" room - we had breakfastin a room that did not look at all the the room in the photos - it was dull and breakfast was poor - nothing close to an executive hotel. Mumbai Metro is a two star hotel - the photos are misleading. However, the staff are fantastic.
Avoid the last minute deals as they have 2 floors one which is modern and looks nice as per photos and the other which is old and horrible.
Very Kind Staff”
Rooms were small, but neat. For its price, I thought they were fine. Its the kind and helpful staff which makes it a very good place. Would definitely reccommend, if you are looking at a short stay, close to airport.
Hotellihuone jouduttiin maksamaan kahteen kertaan, vaikka näytimme voucherin respassa, he väittivät ettei tilausta ole olemassakaan. Hotellin hlökunnan mielestä meitä on huijattu! Toivomme että asia hoidetaan teidän puolesta, me täällä Suomessa olemme jo laittaneet asian vireille.
