Air Conditioner unit control some times had problem. During our time stayed here. Air Conditioner turn maximum without control. It happend during mid night. We had to call for support. But overall this hotel is a great choice! Highly recommend

Super cold pool no limited slow pool service ”
Breakfast made to order good, pool was freezing couldnt use, views nice and overall good hotel. Not happy about the pool at all, should be warm at least as indoor pool and very cold outside and much colder pool inside. I asked for thr heating to be turned on they asked and came back with a No.. i wish i could use it but we just coudnt. My mrs was very Disappointed and so was i. We tried to sit buy the pool but what we ordered from the menu wasnt available so we the feeling was the hotel was on auto pilot with min staff or something like that. The room had dirt on csrpet from last guest, not good. Otherwise good hotel for 1 night at 140 aud for the night delux room had a nice view and ok bed.

Breakfast isn’t good taste. But the service I there is good. Maybe because we are the first group to had breakfast in the morning 😂 and the room is very large. There are 3 beds for 3 person per one room. It’s very good but the view is have building not the bay.

After a long drive from Sapa, I found the hotel a haven: quiet but with a superb view over the quiet and beautiful creek. The bed and specially the pillow were super comfortable to sleep on. We enjoyed the breakfast as well specially the choice from Asian to western food. Their pho was good too!We ended up staying one more night there.

This is a nice place and I had relaxing time with family. Breakfast buffet is good, location is good, staff is polite but not good in English. There are few food outlets outside hotel to try vietnamese cuisine.

Clean and cozy room, good service and nice location with partial seaview (which was surprisingly nice to me since it's 50% sea and 50% mountain view). But the pool was a joke and i expected more on the breakfast.

Positives: 1) The rooms were big and spacious 2) The bathroom was good. 3) The view was great 4) Bed was comfortable 5) Breakfast was nice with a good spread Negatives: 1) The staff in the reception could not understand even a bit of English. When I asked If I could order a coffee at the Lounge, they asked me to wait a minute and got an Iced coffee. I appreciate it but I wanted to order 2 hot coffees as take away. If you ask someone to wait, tell them that you are getting them. 2) I was told during check in that I "must" hand my passport over at the counter and collect it upon check out. When I asked for the reason, there was no explanation. After few minutes of waiting, someone else came and told me that I could either leave my passport or make a deposit of 500k VND. I happily paid the deposit. 3) At the checkout, the receptionist showed me a random photo and said that the towel is a little dirty and the stain is not coming off and they need 70 Dongs to clean it (money is not the concern here). a) My question was how can you prove that it is my towel, and it did not have the stain earlier - do you have a before and after photo? - NO ANSWER b) Did you try to wash it with SOAP - NO ANSWER c) I asked them if this a strategy to just get out extra money and she was smiling. I ended up giving the money but at the same time I decided that this is not a place that I would recommend to anyone.
