Kind but unprofessional!”
First, thank you for the flower and decoration in the room for our anniversary. The hotel is clean and located in the center of Tam Ky. The swimming pool was big and nice to enjoy. All the drink was cheap and delicious. The staff was kind, but I felt like they were not really being trained. The way they acted is just impulse, unorganized and sometimes it makes us feel disrespectful. The restaurant had really good food and cheap price, but the buffet breakfast was a big no. I called the restaurant to order food many times and no one ever picked up. I had to call the receptionist to ask all the time. There was one girl with brown uniform and glasses working in the reception, I hope she will improve her English since she had no idea what my husband ( a foreigner) said without asking again. Therefore, no one did our request.

Breck fast staff not cooperative ”
The breakfast restaurant staff is found not cooperative, as we are vegetarian and there was not much choice available for us, requested to make vegetable noodles but refuse to do that, this is the first time such an poor experience in Vietnam in hotel like 4 star. most of the hotel staff are respect the request from the guest and helping to make the day better for the guest. The hotel Management should brief the guest on this subject. looking forward for better service in future

provided the big name,it has capacity to become better. the instant I opened the room I smelt the smell when u leave a room locked for a while. the towel given to me one first day has iron rod rust I suppose on which it was let to dry. I am not trouble maker so I didn't even bothered them for replacement. after that every thing was much better. English is a problem there, as I spent like ten minutes to tell the very nice and calm lady what I mean by black tea with milk. as a tip please ask for lipton with milk as they don't know what is black tea. the staff is very nice and cooperative, taxi stand is in front of hotel. it's on the main road of Tam ky so the transportation is quite good.. internet speed is awesome plus u get hbo, axn, Disney, discovery, Nat Geo on tv. there are snakcks in room u can eat and pay later. it was very nice experience overall.

They gave me the wrong room ...”
I booked a "Premium Deluxe King" room. Upon check-in, I was giving a regular "Deluxe King" on the 16th floor. I didn't notice until later that night after multiple complaints to the staffs. The room I was given was recently cleansed using scented oil. It was quite unpleasant. I asked the staff to help and they told me to just open the window. I found that the sheets & comforters were wet. The staffs were quick to replace them with dried ones. later that night I noticed that the room was smaller than the room I stayed in the year before, so I looked up Muong Thanh's website and found that the room I was in was the regular Deluxe King. The staffs helped me move to the correct room on the same night to the 5th floor. The new room was much better, no odor. The next day I came back to the hotel and noticed a plate of fruits on the table, probably apology from the management. Based on what I had to go through, I'll probably won' stay at Muong Thanh Quang Nam the next time I'm in Tam Ky.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel was good for the price. It is located in the center of Tam Ky province. There are a lot of food around here with cheap price. It takes around 30min from here to the beach by taxi, cost around 200,000 VND/round. There is nothing to play around here. So you would be bored at night.

Oasis Near Train Station with Awesome Breakfast Buffet and 15 Minutes to The Sea”
The staff is great here, especially at checkin. Don't hesitate to ask for the best available rate including taxes and service charges. Rooms are often available here for between $25 and $30 USD. Laundry service is impeccable and quick. Definitely worth the charges. The VIP Massage Spa include sauna in your private room. Local masseuse will be called for you. They are very accommodating to your needs. Check out the cocktail lounge on the roof. Great view. I have stayed here four times now. A great getaway from Danang and Hoi An by train or car. Top attractions nearby are the Memorial to Vietnam's Hero Mothers who sacrificed so much during The American War here. The Tam Thanh painted mural village by the sea is a pretty attraction best seen during high season, as many of the painted exhibits are pulled inside during the monsoons of low season.
