    Good location to Taman Negara”
You can just explore and walk to the canopy walkway in the jungle as the signboards are clear, no need join the tour package.

The tour package offered by the hotel is too expensive. you don't have to take up the tour package, you can just explore it yourself.

The best resort in Taman Negara”
This is the best resort to stay in Taman Negara. I like the location, its very accessible to the activities in Taman Negara, and the accommodation is good and clean. Feedback is for now the place is nice but over time with many people staying there, maintenance is going to be important in terms of the chalets and the facilities, as if it is not maintained well, it could be another run-down place. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet is good, but can be improved further with variety and taste. Lunch is good because its 'ala carte' from the menu and not buffet. Provide more buffet options as once you are in the resort its hard to go out for meals as its located across the river.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, staffs were friendly and good breakfast. Beautiful nature hotel, big trees, we saw beautiful birds, frog and we saw 3 wild boars were looking for food at night. The hotel was kind to add a bed for free for my children.

Can't get closer to Taman Negara”
This is a great resort right at the entrance to Taman Negara. You literally cannot get closer to the entrance. The cabins are well cared for and the grounds well tended, although the monkeys try their best to wreak havoc. The resort restaurant produces a good variety of western and local food that is very tasty. The beef rendang was particularly nice. Breakfast was simple but had an adequate variety - if you're hiking you don't want to have a heavy breakfast anyway. The resort also offers a limited range of activities, including boat cruises along the river, night walks, and guided walks, but all of these requite a minimum of four people. Unfortunately the boat cruises only leave at 9:30 and 2:30 - times when there is little chance you'll see any wildlife. It would be great if they could offer such tours at dawn and dusk, when native animals are likely to come to the river in search of food or water.

Chalet main door (No.95) need a privacy/security lock inside. Hot water shower head broken spurting water sideways need repair/replacement. Would be nice to have more drinking water for tea/coffee. Generally room clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great getaway.

    Fun but lacked wildlife”
Hotel was great, good rooms and lovely setting. The food at the hotel was expensive, but the restauatants across the river were very tasty and better value. The ' jungle experience itself was disappointing, we only saw monkeys in the hotel grounds, but for a family there were opportunities for good river swimming and boat trips. The night walk was grossly overpriced, and a continuous crocodile of tourists chattering and scaring any wild life away- paths are well marked, you would be better having an evening stroll on your own after the crowds have departed!

    Very close to the nature”
The place is big and you might get a chalet that is far away. The good thing is, the further away it is from the restaurant and reception, the closer you get to the forest. If you are travelling with kids, might be a good idea to request a chalet that is nearrer to the facilities.

    Nice resort in the forest”
The resort is not cheap, but considering its location, it is worth it. The room is not that clean as u can still find lizard droppings, and the bathroom is dirty. The staff is nice, but if u request something through phone, you need to wait at least 45 minutes or more before it arrives. The are no pool to swim, and the stairs are very high to climb when u arrive. however, they will help u with the luggage. The breakfast was ok, and the floating restaurant across the river is so-so too. but cheaper than the resort. the view in the resort are very nice, with all the trees and plants, but remember to bring your mosquito repellent . the activity ( i booked tour from Lia travel) are superb and affordable. overall, our stay at the resort and activities are pleasant and i might come again soon. Cant expect too much as this is resort in the jungle. but all is good !

Possibly the best location to stay in Taman Negara .”
We stayed in the family chalet and all of us (Adults ) had a memorable and comfortable stay here. If you're looking for a bit of comfort, staying in the oldest rainforest in the world, look no further than this place. Staff were very attentive to tourist from all walks of life and nationalities. They would greet you everytime, and the resort manager walks around talking to everyone and asking if they are having a pleasant stay. He will also share with you the history of the place and his knowledge on the wildlife such as the best time and location to spot a particular species of mammal or bird. There is a minimart on the property and a full service restaurant with food ranging from local to Western etc. If you're lucky, the local wildlife will pop by into the restaurant while you are eating hoping to get some of the crumbs or perhaps from a generous guest. Overall great room with a safe, full shower facilities, hot water which my mom enjoyed.
