We booked four apartments, the apartments allotted to me were on the different floors. The worst case is that there is no lift and the stairs is very steep.

The apartment was in an excellent location and was excellent value for money ”

My only negative comment was that we were unable to work the shower and it was scorching hot which meant that we couldn't be in there very long !

Before staying in the apartment, it is a bit worried as the comment and the rate was not good. When I arrived the apartment , it was better than expected, the room was tidy. Throughout the stay (7 days), the weak point is that there is really no cleaning service , the staff just collected the trash and top up the toilet paper for you everyday. They did not refresh the towels and on the second last day the ventilator in the toilet had weired noise and they were told, they did not fix it and just removed the ventilator which made the toilet wet and misty after shower. The good point is, really, they are not as bad as rated. I paid the deposit by credit card, and when I back to Hong Kong, I noted that they have retunred me the deposit within 2 days after I left. And they did provide you email and whatsapp to contact and they did reply fast. The location is good. Of course, the hygiene of the toilet and room is not at the top level, but for the price we paid, it is accetable.

Electric shock off the cooker hob The cooker didn’t work so wasted money on food to cook complained in email but no response from the company.........Very bad experience for my partner who got the electric shock...And for me it spoiled our night together in this horrible appartment The main thing know there is No Body Thaking Responablity for this !!!! No do not stay here

Basement Apartment”

To get to the basement apartment at Collingham Place you had to go down a steep staircase past a mound of rubbish in black sacks. While the apartment we spacious it was dark. To let in natural light you could have opened the pull down blind but then you got some light and a very good view of the rubbish that you passed on the way in. The back bedroom heating consisted of a fan heater and the bathroom off this bedroom had no heat at all. There was only 1 bedside lamp in each bedroom. The sheets were stained and not 4 star quality. Glasses and delph were not enough to accommodate 6 people. We had to call for support with the heating and more bedding. Staff were very helpful and responsive to our calls. If it is 4 star we should not have to make those calls. Catherine Cavanagh

Convenient location close to Earl's Court station”

Overall good. Love that it looked like a residential area with supermarket and shops/restaurant strip closeby. Very convenient to commute to any part of London with Earl's Court station just 5 minutes walk from apartment. Only thing is our apartment was on street level so we are subjected to noise from above apartment when children run across their room and the main entrance door banging close when tired travellers return to the apartment late at night.

Disappointing. ”

Called in advance to check-in at 3.30 pm. No on site reception or house keeping. Room was not cleaned when we arrived. Had to wait for another 1 and a half hour for the room to be made over. Was given one and a half roll of toilet paper and 4 coffee sachets for 4 people for a 5 days stay. Called on 3rd day to replenish. Was told that we'd have to buy our own toilet paper and that the hotel will only provide one roll for our stay. Rather disappointing.

Excellent Stay.... The Location of the Apartment is very close to Earl's Court Station. Lots of Restaurants around... We reached the apartments by 10:00 AM but could only check by 1430 Hrs. We were not informed about this. WiFi speed on the first two days was good enough but later days was just impossible to surf. Hoover would not function for some cleaning up. Very little Hot Water - so we could not shower properly due to the cold water.

Non mi sarei mai immaginata di trovar lo stesso appartamento che avevo scelto in base alle foto. Appartamento semplice e moderno. Il nostro era adattato per 3/4 persone: un divano letto matrimoniale ed un letto matrimoniale. Il tutto ridefinito da un bellissimo armadio spazioso e da una porta scorrevole per dividere la zona giorno/notte. Se dovessi ritornarci farei affidamento al 29 di collingham place.

Localização ótima e apartamento decepcionante”

Primeiramente achei que as fotos não tem nada a ver com o que é o apartamento. A localização é excelente. O apartamento fica num prédio sem elevador, no 3º andar. São 2 quartos e só um banheiro. A calefação é ruim, principalmente nos quartos. Passamos frio. O Wi-Fi não funciona nos quartos. Não tem cofre, portanto fica difícil solicitar limpeza de terceiros. Não tem nem aspirador ou uma simples vassoura. Tem máquina de lavar roupa, mas que não seca, o que é impossível com 6 pessoas dividindo o apartamento. O apartamento, conforme o anúncio é para até 6 pessoas, mas não tem louça, copos, taças, talheres para 6. Faltam utensílios de cozinha.(travessa para forno, mais panelas, liquidificador , etc) A firma responsável pela manutenção da locação em Londres tem pessoas bem intencionadas e comprometidas Não indicaria pra alguém e nem locaria novamente este apartamento
