Exceptional”
After 2 weeks in each of singapore bali& penang this is my favorite hotel Set in a real forest with plenty of entertaining wildlife we love it You do need transport but MR15 will get you to kuah in a taxi but a scooter is cheapest & best The owners & staff are excellent friendly people All in all a gem of a place which i,m sure we will return to & so pleased we found it!!

Very quiet, comfortable place”
I'll tell you the good and the bad. There is no ugly. Good: Excellent price, very quiet, beautiful scenery, large room, very comfortable in every respect. The bad: No question you need a car or a motorbike. That pushes the price up. the owner rents motorbikes at very good prices, though. The Agoda posting says that there is WiFi. The fellow at the front desk even gave me a password. But there is NO INTERNET. Since I live and die by WiFi, I could not stay there. Further, you can not even get cell phone service in this remote location. So here is my recommendation. If you want a delightful place at a great price and you don't care about WiFi or cellular calls AND you have a motorbike, then I recommend it highly. Otherwise, stay away.

Quite and peace place to stay”
Just 5 mins driving from jetty and near to town area, convenience for food. Gua Maha just within walking distance. Stufff is nice. We arrived early than check in time, but he allow us to check in early (luckily got empty room). It is quite place to relax annd stay with family. Recommended to those like nature and quite environment. Remember to rent a car if you want stay here.

Just nice overall”
Very reasonable in price. We're informed that the wifi is provided but there is also very poor in coverage. It's still okay, but at least please write down the password though. Who knows, the coverage may be nice at anytime. And there are also dogs that barking at the visitors, not so pleasant for Muslims. The front counter is always no staff, and we need to call when needed. Still, there was a staff already waiting for us when we arrived there.

Spacious room, clean and nice bathroom. The water dispenser in the lobby is really convenient and precious. Not in a prime area, so rent a car/bike to get around easily.

This is a hotel quiet far from the city and located in a jungle area beside hill. This is a nice place for the person who likes calm & quiet place. Family with young children may find it creepy since there is no habitat nearby. During night time it was totally silent. The owner was very helpful in tour planning and for any other help.

Stayed 3D2N (28/3-30/3) in a two single bed's room. Out of 11 stated facilities, 4 were not available/well function. - Wireless internet was not functioning for whole 3 days. No coverage for normal telco (celcom). Therefore no internet access at all. - TV only had sound with no picture. - No in room safe provided. Expected to provide 2in1 coffee or tea sachet for whole 3D2N. Requested but only gave 2 Maggie cups once (FOC). Drinking water (coway) provided at lobby. However sometime it is switched off. Maybe to save electric consumption. Overall just OK.

Isolated area”
Room is spacious except the bed sheet was not clean. It is an isolated area, it was creepy during the nite time. Overall, its value fr money. I paid rm49.90 fr a twin room. It worth every penny..

Average hotel”
There was nobody at the counter when we were about to check in. Had to wait for quite sometime before we got our room because we had a tough time finding line to call the guy who supposed to be at the counter. barely have telco reception too. wifi was only available at the lobby area. non existent wifi in the room (or telco service). location wise was fine. very fresh air in the morning. one of the good thing is the water dispenser in the lobby. no hassle to find drinking water.

Dear Miss Fareha, can you please mentioned out the time that you arrived at the hotel? We are a budget hotel, the hotel is located in the jungle area, we don't own any telco company, so sorry we cannot fix that problem, wifi is poor because TM or Telekom don't provide any Unifi service in this area, you don't know how many times we complain, if Miss Fareha is not satisfy with the service, Miss Fareha can rent some higher cost places
