      When I checked in, all staff warmly welcome and my room so good but wifi it's not working all time. I already told to staff they said waiting for fixing.

      The only good thing is the location but there is a lot of other hotels
      Horrible place 1. Cleanliness: the room was dirty bathroom door broken and rusted the basin water doesn't go it was clogged the bedsheets were stained and dark in color from dirt Food: on the website says breakfast included it doesn't say that only eggs and one coffee included you can choose 2 kind of fruits it you want cereals instead of egg or fruits and yoghurt you have to pay for it, coffee is only one and even the coffee cups had strange colors 3. Staff : ok that's not as horrible but still very bad everywhere written keep quite but it seems this is only for guest because staff can laugh joke and talk until early hours in the morning loudly and that's ok and ofcourse they can play and run after each other jokingly at breakfast 2 of the staff were nice or at least not rude the other two need a slap on the face Additionally if you order tuc tuc from the hotel be prepared to pay more than regular price and when we asked for bus tickets to Vietnam the price was at least 5 dollars higher than what we paid for the tour office at the Main Street

      Dirty hotel absolutely to be avoided: read why here!”
      When we arrived in Siem Reap, it had rained the whole day. So we thought that the dust and mud in the hotel lobby were due to the bad weather and would have been cleaned the day after. But it wasn’t. Nor the next day. With the open corridor (open walls, no windows), the dirt started accumulating, even entering the rooms. When we asked the staff if they could clean the lobby and the staircase, they answered that “the cleaning lady had been out for few days for personal reasons and that we could use their plastic sleepers”! We were amazed by so less concern about cleanliness. On the fourth morning, my friend woke up with his back, legs and feet covered by bed bugs bites. Horrible. Since we were to stay only one more night and had a busy program that day (Angkor Vat visit!), we decided to stay in that same hotel and asked the receptionist if they could pay particular attention when cleaning our room and change the bed sheets. But surprise: when we came back in the afternoon, the room had not been cleaned at all. The towels we had put on the floor to be changed were still laying there. We went back to the reception to ask to put some insect-filler spray. They came back with… air freshener! We exploded in anger. So they offered us to change room. The only room available was smaller, twin bed and no window. Basically we had been downgraded with no money refund. They said we could have the airco for free but the airco was not working. I asked for a cold bottle of water (it was very hot weather when we were there in December), which I had to pay!!! There are 7 breakfast options, which you would think is nice, but: 2 noodle soups, 4 egg options and 1 bread and (bad industrial small pack of) marmalade. Very poor choice. We heard another couple saying they wanted to be reimbursed of (a part of) the breakfast since they had dietary issues and could not take any of these options. The receptionist did not want to make any gesture. Also, the breakfast starts at 7am, so

      Extremely basic for price conscious travellers”
      Morning breakfast, helpful staff and swimming pool
      Hotel is without an elevator. If you have old family members travelling, remember to request for a ground floor room. We were giving the top 3rd floor room with 1 single bed and 1 queen sized bed. This arrangement should be good enough for us with 3 adults with 1 5 YO. But because I have a 70+ year old travelling with us, we requested a ground floor room. We were given 2 super single beds. For 2 days, we stayed in a room with small screen LCD TV (that turns black and white occasionally), toilet bath heater that leaks from the main plumbing to the toilet floor all the time. There is no fridge or water boiling equipment provided. It makes it very inconvenient for travelers with kids/baby who needs to drink milk at night. The floor of main lobby of the hotel remains dusty all the time due to the outdoor traffic. Good thing is breakfast provided is for 3 pax as we initially booked a 3 pax room. The walking distance from this hotel to the main market/night market is approximately 20mins walk. Tuk tuk per trip is min USD2.

      No commitment for their service statement”
      After emailing without getting a reply, we called to schedule a time for a FREE pickup with the front desk, end up with no-show for a whole day! After questioning the staff and the manager on duty, they simply pushed back to second shift didn’t do the job. The manager on duty promised us verbally that he would do something to fix up their faulty service during our stay, again, it never happened. Once you checked in, there will be no one cared about you. Roomful of mosquitos, with dirty bed sheets and tows, bathroom and furnitures are almost fall apart…this is the worst hotel we ever had, unreliable and with bad service attitude.

      really very good but we didnt know that our rooms where over the road from the main hotel until we arrived, be careful with this. Its about 3 USD taxi to the pub street and the staff are pretty helpful
