Bed bugs and wi-fi not working in the rooms.”
This hotel put me and my family (my husband and 2 small children) in a room filled with bed bugs, knowing that there was bed bugs there. (The staff confirmed that when we confronted them. And other staff was surprised that someone was staying in that room at all when they heard our room number.) We got bites everywhere, bloodstains all over the sheets and the bed bugs were crawling all over us. We had to change room at 2 am. We checked out right away the next day. But this caused big problem for us and we lost one day of our trip doing laundry, cleaning our belongings and changing hotel. We got no compensation and the manager only paid us back for one prepaid night even though we agreed on two nights (that awful night and another night that we had paid for but didn't want to spend there anymore.) It was Agoda who refunded us both nights. On top of everything wi-fi wasn't working in the rooms and the breakfast was bad and handled unhygienical by staff. We didn't have hot water either until we found out, at the end of our stay, that we needed to press a random button on the wall outside the bathroom which no one had informed us about. I would never recommend a stay at this hotel.

Very nice value for money”

I will not recommended this hotel 1. No hot water 2. No tooth brush 3. Channel tv only local 4. Staff not friendly 5. Breakfast not good 6. Third day door can't open with enter card 7. The worst thing, bug bite me in the night call is kepinding, until now my skin still have itch

Bad smell”
Booked 2 family rooms. There was an awful smell inside one room (9th floor) and staff could not do much to resolve it other than providing an air freshener. We asked for a different room, but was not available. Secondly, hot water supply was not satisfactory. At times, it was not even lukewarm. Pluses:- easy access to some key locations

Last year i visited this hotel and everything is going well, now i'm back and so dissapointed”
Last year i chosed this hotel for me and my employees and we satisfied enough with the price and facilities, food and thw room, last week i chosed this hotel again for me and my family and now the hotel gave us a smaller room with no facilities such as cooler, bad wifi, safety box, and so much noise in my room, the food also taste bad and low quality. So much dissapointed this time. Will not going back
