Acceptable”
The place is nice but not the experience. I though everything is included but then the electric stove has a fee of 300. And you need to pay for the pool for 150 each. That was not stated in Agoda when I booked the room.

A place to leave not a place to live”
A little good location since it's near SM North. The room is clean and neat but that's all. You literally have to pay for everything. You have to take care of the amenities your self instead of having the unit owner/helper take care of it for you. They charge for cooking and it should be free as for amount of money you paid. Just hate to explain and elaborate all the bad experience that we had. Instead of a relaxing stay, it was very stressful. Plus the pool is VERY DIRTY given that you have to pay 150 pesos per head. If you're planning to book a room because it's cheaper than others, DON'T. Just listen to me or see for your self.

don't book this unit”
i book this place for two week the first week ,terrible it is so bad that i tried to canceled the contract, when i arrived no one there to help me get to my room until i get hold of agoda customer service ,then when i get to my room after wasting four hours trying to check in ,i found out that there are no towels ,no hot water ,no bathroom tissue ,no soap ,no shampoo ,the air condition are too loud that i need to used ear plug to sleep, and the bed are nothing but just a cushion with a piece of rags as a bed sheet, and no blanket ,on top of this nightmare on my fifth day the electric company cut the power to the unit, because the owner did not pay the electric bills, in another words this particular owner are nothing but balasubas, i hope that agodatake this particular unit out of their system because this unit are nothing but a trap,to the unsuspecting costumer who are expecting a good vacation, and end up problem and headache

Cockroach Infested Eeew!”
I stayed at unit 3354 located across garbage dumping area. The first thing I saw when I entered the unit was a baby cockroach. Staff said she just cleaned the place and sprayed insecticide. It was my home in Quezon City for 2 nights and it was horrible! More baby roaches lurked--on the white polished ceramic floor, crawling on wall, on top of dinning table. It was everywhere! This is on top of the unpleasant smell that will welcome you once you opened the door. How selfish one can get? When you already have pans, rice cooker, microwave, kettle etc. Why would you keep those and prohibit cooking? Unless you pay additional, they will not allow. For the rate I paid, other condotel operators can provide everything, from comfort to peace of mind.
