Happy and Safe Stay”
I didn’t expect much of this hotel at first. There is some issues to get to this hotel because the address was not updated. The hotel is near public bank and this place is convenient for its access to KK Mart, 7/11, Husen Restaurant(and other eateries) and walking distance to KL Sentral. Overall, the room is really clean and comfortable, everything is new inside (Toshiba TV and great AC). I will definitely stay here again whenever I come to KL.

worth for. money”
this is my third time in this hotel. everything is good. really worth it.. just when you stay on the first floor. my room is 109.. which means the last room. the Chinese uncle who runs business behind the hotel was so loud every morning. anyway.. the hotel, staff, cleanness.. 5 stars!!!! definitely will stay here again

Located near KL Sentral, which is a shopping mall and transport hub. It has good WiFi and cable tv and facilities for making tea and coffee. Great food opportunities all around.

Worth It Stay! Would Definitely Come Back Again!”
I went here to just unwind for a few days and chose the place because of its price and good reviews and I must say - I am glad I did. PROS: - Spacious room - for a solo traveler, the size was good for me. - Spacious and clean bathroom, hot shower working, water pressure fine, no clogging. - So many food stalls withing walking distance, no problem for local food hunters, plenty of convenience stores nearby too. - Nearby public transport. - Working lights, air cond, seemed pretty well-maintained. CONS: - The pillows seemed a bit worn out, I was fine with them, though. - The walls a bit thin, so you could hear if people next door talked loudly, and if the cleaning staff are on duty. - Lack of toiletries- only soap, so bring your own toothpaste, shampoo, etc. I didn't really try other services like requesting for iron, hair dryer, etc, so can't comment on that.

Everything you need is within your reach. 1. Room rate is reasonable, value for money 2. Room and bathroom is spacious, clean and cozy 3. Aircon work fine, bedding is clean comfort, WiFi work fine, TV channel, kettle and compliment 2 bottle water + coffee sachet 4. 5min walking distance to KL Sentral (Train, transportation to hub to anywhere you need) 5. 5min walking distance to KL Sentral, take the airport shuttle to KLIA/KLIA2 airport (MYR12 single journey) 6. Exactly opposite hotel is night local food stall, very convenience to grab local food 7. 7eleven store just 1min walking distance, same row to Hotel 8. MYR20 refundable deposit require per room/per night stay 9. Receptionist is awesome friendly, 24 hours night security patrolling 10. Lift available in this property Overall very satisfy and will come back stay again when visit to KL.

Clean and homely stay”
nice staff. clean hotel. quiet surrounding on the back lane behind YMCA. 10 minutes walk from KL Central. It is safe as there is a row of hawker stalls in front which open till late night. Its a one way one lane street, thus making walking a bit of a squeeze with illegal parking.

Perfect location 5 min walk from KL Sentral, NU Sentral and smaller mini marts and lots of street food. Efficient staff, clean simple rooms. Quiet. Lifts for those that travel with lots of luggage. Always my go to when in KL.

Pleasant enough smallish room, but clean and modern enough for me. The staff were faultless especially one young lady I generally saw; always had a smile and was ready to help. Let's face it, this is what should be expected but sadly I've discovered it isn't always the case; good customer service was sadly lacking in some other hotels I've stayed in recently in Bangkok and Singapore. So well done Hotel Sentral! And yes, you do have to walk around the corner to the sister hotel to get your breakfast, but it's only a couple of minutes. You'll eat on the roof top terrace - it's basic but sit near to the door and you'll have a view of the Patronas towers (note: there's not much of the America/English breakfast!!! My only critcism)

Everything was finee and perfect unless about the iron..i hope the hotel will change the iron to a new one because i have bad experience using the iron..that iron left me some black stain on my tudung😭 nasib baik my bridesmaid baju x terbakar or terkena black stain dr iron tu..sbb ade staf dah bg sy iron lain..tq so much...but to be more safe, i really hope the hotel will get a brand new one iron..tq tq tq
