Everything was totally excellent especially android box...”

Good staying here even it was an old building but looks new after renovation. Need to do some electrical works to add electrical point near bed & prefer a mirror in the room rather than in the bathroom.

New Hotel with no lift”

Location Location Location

The room is average, new hotel so have to see if they maintain it or not. Hotel is very very noisy around pubs at night and the swiftlet houses nearby. It is located on the way to factories in Bintulu making it a good location but hotel guest must be able to bear with noises at night. There is no lift as well so try to get lower floors.

Good service and simple..add some accessories like kettle,coffee and wifi in the room will be good for long stay.Noisy because around the hotel got few pubs and bar.

Owner fantastic, accommodating and interactive. Very expat friendly. Garage next door, supermarket 1 min walk, western pub/bar 2 min walk. Everybody in the vicinity welcoming and helpful. Easy access to main (only) highway. Will definitely stay again.
