Family vacation in Hua Hin”
Overall not a bad place... if you think it is like a hotel, think again... clean and mostly comfortable... no cleaning service and not much in amenities but it is well worth the amount you pay. Pool is awesome for kids and the beach is very close and clean.

A place for family with kids ”
The room is very lovely, cleaned, and has fully equipped kitchen. The condo is still new. It has many large swimming pools and one of them is very kid friendly. Staying in this condo is noisy sometime because most of the rooms are full with kids and big family. In-site parking can be an issue during the holiday seasons. Going to the beach will need 5-10 mins walking. You will not see the beach during the high tide.

Overall good, but curb your enthusiasm”
The good: 1) Spacious room and reasonably well appointed (toiletry, cooking utensils) 2) Convenient parking 3) Nice children's water park and a children's play room (fairly sparse) on site 4) Walking distance from Cicada and Tamarind Markets, Family Mart across the street 5) Restaurant of reasonable quality in house The not so good: 1) The check-in process was a bit difficult. No clear signage or instructions of where to check-in. Surprise (cash) deposit of 1000 THB per key, and then statement that this would be used to offset any damage. Kind of off-putting. 2) No cleaning (stayed two nights) - however to note that we did not take the trouble to follow up 3) No drinking water provided 4) Fairly expensive for us (though we booked kind of last minute for a long weekend, so perhaps not necessarily true) 5) Nearby beach disappeared in the morning with high tide 6) On the second day, the restaurant staff were pretty sour-faced (big contrast with a nice lady the first day !)

Bad value for money!!”
Everybody should know that the waterpark is open only 1,5 hours/day on the afternoon. And one day the only waterslide didnt work, i tried to say to the staff about that but they didnt fix that. Water in childrens pool was filthy, my baby got bad rash. The rules says that you are not allowed to eat and or drink your own food on the pool but there isnt any pool bar/restaurant where to buy some. On the waterpark/pool area there isnt any sunchear to lay down. The room price doesnt include room cleaning or new clean towels etc. So i think its very bad value for the money. The room itself was nicely equipped.

เป็นแนวคอนโด ที่มีเครื่องอำนวยความสะอาดค่อนข้างเยอะ ทุกอย่างยังอยู่ในสภาพดี ลิฟท์เล็กไปนิด 4 คนก็อึกอัดแล้ว ไม่ติดทะเลแต่ก็เดินทาง มีรถกอล์ฟบริการไปชายหาด ช่วงที่ไปน้ำขึ้นจ้า ลูกๆเลยอดเล่นทราย การเช็คอินเป็นอะไรที่งงมาก เพราะทางเจ้าของห้องไม่ได้แจ้งรายละเอียดว่าจะต้องทำอย่างไรบ้าง กว่าจะจะเช็คอินรอนานเลย เพราะมีหลายตึก มีหลายเอเจ้น มีหลายเจ้าของ ที่อยู่ เอาไปใส่ในกูลเกิ้ล พาไปผิดที่จ้า คนละที่กันเลย ไม่มีความใกล้เคียง

ถ้าไม่อยากเล่นน้ำทะเล ถือว่า ok เลย เพราะห่างจากทะเล 200 เมตร ต้องเดินออกไปหลัง คอนโด ผ่านโรงแรม 3 แห่ง ต้องใส่ mask เพราะ รร นั้น บอกให้ใส่ mask แต่ตัว condo ถ้า มีเด็ก โต นิดนึง จะสนุกมา เด็กเล็ก มากอาจไม่เหมาะ เครื่องเล่นสำหรับเด็กโตซะมากว่า
