Besides, guests will easily reach the famous Night Market (open every Friday and Saturday nights or every night during school holidays) in 2 minutes walk.

This modern semi-d homestay is perfectly for a group of 20 guests. All in house areas are fully covered with Unifi (wireless internet) and the 4 bathrooms are coming with water heater and essential toiletries such as hair and body shampoo for your conveniences.

There are total 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a spacious living hall with sofa, mahjong table and Astro's satellite TV, dining hall with table and chairs for 6 persons PLUS additional 2 square tables and 20 plastic chairs available, dry and wet kitchens, a spacious balcony, huge car porch area (can easily park 4 - 5 vehicles) and auto-gate.

If such activity is suspected, the management will notify the police and ask guests to leave the property, without a refund. 2) It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the homestay. 3) Smoking is prohibited in the homestay. 4) No pets of any kind allowed in the homestay. A RM500.00 cleaning fee will be accessed. Plus, guest must remove pet from property immediately upon request. 5) No barbecues or charcoal grills are allowed in the property. 6) Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and refrain from loud music and noise after 11pm. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM. to 8:00 AM. 7) The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. 8) When leaving the property, guest is asked to close all water taps, turn off the lights, turn off the television, close windows, take out the garbage and return the property key when check out. Lost keys will be charged at RM100.00. 9) Check in time is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check out time is 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. 10) The property management is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewellery or other valuables left unattended in the property. 11) Bath towel is not provided due to personal hygiene concern.

Location and sparkling clean at its best!”
The house is sparkling clean, no odour, and all facilities are funtional and work well. We are a group of 5 siblings/families, this unit allocates us very well, each family has their own room and washroom, and a spacious dining hall allows us to chi-chat during evening times. The location is BEST, a walking distance to the bustling night market. we are very very happy to stay here, you must try.
