Very basic...”
This was a small nondescript hotel nondescript. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but only to what they perceive as within their duties. For example, my request for an extra pillow late at night was refused, as the the housekeeping staff had gone for the day - I was told I had to wait until the next day. If you don't expect any fringe benefits, then you can actually enjoy the fact that this hotel is in the heart of Pigalle, directly across from the Metro (lines 2 and 12), with easy access to restaurants/cafes. The rooms were small as is typical for Paris, with no air conditioning, but reasonably clean. It is an older building, and therefore not really able to be flawless and spotlessly clean.

comfortable and very prompt and friendly service. ”
The staff was great and friendly much friendlier the most of the other customer service french i had to deal with. but the hotel was great. only thing that i wasnt happy with was the lack of any English speaking TV programs but i suppose im in France so i guess you cant please all the languages of the world but its ok . an Ice machine would be a good thing to have along with a microwave for the longer stays. It close to many of the metros so you can get around easy. But your hotel was nice and i will love to stay again very friendly staff. Thank You.

Nice little hotel close to the Moulin Rouge”
We arrived in Paris by car and it preety difficult to find a parking space. Eventually we found a Parking lot at the end of the street where we could park the car for the weekend. Once in the hotel the staff was friendly and helpfull. After they showed us to our room on the top floor they told us were the good restaurants were in the neighbourhood. The room was a bit small and awkward but I think that was mainly to do with us being on the top floor. We had a window but it was tucked away in a corner with a few chairs in fornt of it and if you're on the tall side the bathroom was a bit small because you were directly under the roof of the building. The elevator in the hotel is tiny. It just fits 2 people. And if you arrive with your suitcase its very tight indeed. The location of the hotel is perfect. Its located in the same street as the Moulin rouge and the Metro is right in front of the hotel. And the Sacre Coeur is within walking distance. There are loads of nice restaurants, bistro's and bars around. Le Deux Moulin (from the movie Amelie) is just around the corner. We just stayed a couple of days but we would go back here if we're in Paris again.

Basic room, bare but enough.”
Pros: Location of the hotel is very good. Easy to get to from Pigalle station on line 2 and 12 of Paris' efficient and reliable metro. There are also many shops nearby although you do have to walk a bit to get to them (around 5 minutes). When i said shops i meant bakeries, cafes, pattiseries the kind. People in paris are not very friendly but neither am i so that doesnt bother me. Other good things about hotel includes: cosy, clean, decent but small bathroom. Counter staff was decent although the lady who works nights not very friendly. Clean sheets and pillows. I think i was lucky. haha. Cons: Very small room. it was not enough for the 2 big luggage that my cousin and i brought along. also, bathroom very small too and the toilet floor tends to get very wet after each showers due to design faults (i think) The interior of the room looks very dated maybe 1980s? It is really a very basic room with tv. not even a pen that usually comes a complementary in most hotel rooms. other thing about the room is that you can hear your neighbours talking. All in all, it is a decent hotel to sleep in if you plan to go out a lot. Oh one more thing: no wifi in rooms! only in the lobby and even with that, bad quality but okay for whatsapp, instagram, and facebook.

Convenient for transport”
We (two femalesO) chose this hotel for its proximity to Pigalle metro during our exploration of Paris. Despite it being in the red light district area, we never felt 'unsafe' coming back in the evening. There have more 'normal' shops, cafe & restaurants. Comfortable & quieter rooms facing the courtyard. Pillows were not great but were replaced when asked. Still not good after that though! Very helpful receptionist. Free in-room wifi but had to keep signing in after certain pauses. Hotel's safe cost 4 Euros per day and strangely enough, it was located under a staircase among piles of hotel laundry bags. We were told there was only one key to the safe and the hotel do not keep any spare (good or bad?) so we will be fully charged if key were lost!! Excellent Lebanese food nearby the hotel.

good price for this hotel”
Location was good, right in front of the metro station. Walking distance to galleries lafeyette. But room and bathroom are very small. Not suitable for big suitcase. I believe most hotels in paris have small rooms. Overall stay was pleasant. I am happy with the price i paid. Will consider to come back here again.

We just loved staying there”
The minute we stepped into the hotel we felt the friendly atmosphere. We had a room on the top floor. Small but nice with good beds and shower. We loved the neighbourhood. Monmartre in nice walking distance.

Great location and friendly staff”
The room was small but as expected in Paris. Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful in every way. Great location for young travellers but possibly not so much for families.

staying cheaply in the heart of montmarte”
Before arrival i was able to contact the hotel and let them know that a friend was meeting us but arriving a few hours early - they had no problem letting her into the room to wait for us. They also helped us with storing our luggage after we checked out and assisted my daughter with her change in travel plans helping us out with phone assistance as our mobile credit had run out and it was after midnight.

lovely hotel”
Modern hotel in the centre of one of the northern neighborhoods of Paris best known for its busy nightlife, next to metro stop Pigalle and close to the Sacre Coeur. Friendly staff and free WiFi internet. Tip: eat at the Brasserie right next door: their duck (confit de canard) is delicious.

Very basic”
It is a good hotel for those who wants to stay close to Moulin Rouge, as it is on the same street, just a few minutes away by walk. The staff is very polite and very helpful. The last evening I stayed turned out to be the hotel's anniversary, if I'm not mistaken, and they offered free snacks at the lobby. It was very nice. As for the rooms, they are extremely tiny and the facilities are very basic.

convenient, no-fuss, simple, near trains”
Although its in a bit in a sleazy area (in between two big sex shops!) and nearby the Moulin Rouge, the hotel is actually pretty good for its price. Its near public transport, close to a lot of places for sight seeing including Montmarte and nearby restaurants.

Nice little hotel”
Nice small hotel, centrally located at an intersection of two metro lines, i.e. complete Paris is reachable in a very easy and fast manner. The rooms are very small. However, if you don't care about the size and are out for sightseeing the whole day, this shouldn't bother you! Breakfast is good, buffet. Everything is clean, friendly atmosphere.

simple”
location of the hotel was amazing , just right in front of the station and near moulin rouge (walking distance). Hotels are basically expensive in Paris so even with the price, do not expect what you think you should get. Hotel was pretty clean but of course, small and cramp. Nothing you can do about it.. Just bring a smaller baggage and travel light. :)

Central location but very small rooms”
the staff were friendly, however the room was one of the smallest we have ever had in all of our visits to paris. these area is full of shops (of all sorts) and you would find some pretty shady looking characters lurking around - not that we had ever encountered any untoward incidents

Not bad”
I was a very small room and small bathroom. But It also ok for stay. The bed is soso. The light inside was a liitle dark. But the location was very good that u can walk to the North train station at 15mins, and 2 mins to Pigalle metro staion. And you can also take bus. The hotel was near Basilique du Sacré Coeur,Carrefour and convenient restaurant.
