It was a lovely stay at this place”
The room was clean as expected. The photos here are exactly the same with the actual one. I was worried before that the sink may stink as from the other previous reviews. But during my stay, there wasn't. i think the owner resolved the problem as i can't smell it and i actually love the mint aroma of the room. Even though this is a self-checkin apartment, the process was easy & they explained it really well. I'd love to stay at this place again!

Much better than a hotel”
The apartment is located in a beautiful district of Manila with connection to the impressive Grand Venice Canal Mall. Clean and well appointed with all the facilities you need including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Flat screen tv, pocket wifi and a clean and modern bathroom with reliable hot water. Overall I was very pleased and would stay again.

Pros : studio spacious and fully furnish can light cooking. Walking distance to Venice Grand Mall. Cons : no housekeeping. Stinky smell from kitchen wash basin in the studio. Getting sicked after 3 days continue smell the stinky smell from waste water discharge pipe that s-trap not proper functioning.

Its more like studio apartment. Room not so small. Mall is just a min away but its expensive compared to MOA. It caters for those people who are willing to spent more. Not so busy with guest or tenant, u will get your privact here. In house channels..great. Wifi..great. its just that its near the mall but away from everything else...if u talking of nightlife...go somewhere else..overall not too bad but not so good either.

Beautiful and comfortable Place”
This is an airbnb concept place, the apartment has facilitles that exceeds many 5 star hotel rooms. However, a few glitches that needs improvement. Water is not replenished on a daily basis. and the 7 11 stall is pretty far away. As with most hotel rooms in the philippines, internet is nothing but horrible. The place needs Better bed sheets. Water heater is not hot at all. The good... They have an android base TV.... Toiletries are very compete and high quality. Lobby internet access is very fast, good for work.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything it takes for me to say PERFECT. Also good location and central to shops, restaurants and everything you might need. Good location.

Clear written instructions needed where things are to find such as remote control and other controls for A/C etc. It took us a while to find them hanging and buried inside the a pocket container but Overall, we were pleased.

모든 것이 좋았지만 싱크대, 세탁기를 쓸 때 하수구 냄새로 숙소가 가득찼다. Yuck! 수리공이 다녀갔지만 똑같았고, 청소기도 고장나 있었다.

Квартира полностью соответсвует фотографиям. Мебель и ремонт свежие. Периодически появляется запах из канализации, но он не такой как на улице. Есть бассейн, сауна, тенисный корт, тренажерный зал. Постельное белье чистое, матрац мягкий. В квартире видел одного таракана, скорее всего вылез из канализации. Но это проблема не конкретного номера, а всей Манилы.Студия находится в чистом и безопасном районе Манилы. Есть пешеходные улицы, рядом мемориал, торговый центр. трущоб нет! Мы с женой остались довольны пребыванием в этой квартире.
