Saigon gem”
We really enjoyed our stay here snd stayed again when we returned to Saigon. Great location in the heart of district 1. Not far from walking street which is doov doov music and throngs of people but the hotel is in an alley snd still pretty quiet. We avoided walking street easily. The hosts are super friendly and helpful snd speak excellent English. They arranged buses and tours for us on request cheaper than we could have gotten at agents around the corner. They even walked us to the bus snd helped with bags. Highly recommend

The location is really good,walking distance to Benh Tan Market. Only if your room is in 5th floor like us it would be tiring to go up and down since there is no elevator.

Nice place”
Everything was really good for the money. There was a window in the room and it was quite bright. In the evenings, you could hear music outside, but not very loud and it wasn't annoying. Also a good location.

Excellent”
The place is good enough for its price. Though we were checked-in on the 4th floor which is too high to climb for a senior citizen person, no elevator, and some room lights were not working the place is still good because it’s very near to any shop and tourist spot. It’s just literally walk to the bui vien street, bus station and other tourist spots. Good experience in general!

Decent and affordable hotel”
Good location centrally located in District 1. Be aware that there are 2 locations that show up for this hotel on google- the correct one is in a little alley off the corner of Ton That Tung street and D. Pham Ngu Lao, below the west end of September 23rd park. It is NOT the location a few mins east on Hem 40 Bui Vien alley, which was where my grab driver dropped me off- can't fault them for this mix up though, more a problem with Google maps. Facilities were fine, and wifi was good. Had to wait 15 mins to check in at 6:45pm cause my room wasn't quite ready yet.

Functional Room”
The standard room. was small with no window. This room would suit a solo traveller who just wanted a nice comfortable clean room to lay their head. Bed was comfortable aircon was fab, Hot water aplenty, location and price good. Steep stairs up to 3rd floor so beware if. you have big luggage. Done the job.

The room was up several flights of stairs and there is no elevator. The bed was softer than normal asia hotels which was nice. The bathroom is a little small and the shower does wet the entire floor. The first night of our stay we had issues with the door not locking or when it did lock it locked us out but they fixed it for us the next day. The location is perfect and you are super close to the fun walking street but it’s not too loud in the room which is great.

Short solo trip”
Location wise is good. Cleanliness is acceptable. Shower and TV (no remote control) not working but at least aircon and wi-fi are working. A bit of noise past midnight due to close proximity to Bui Vien street. Overall is still acceptable due to its Low price.

A basic room close to Pub street. There is still a fair bit of noise so be aware of this if you're a light sleeper. We organised a trip through them and manged to get a good deal. The TV didn't work and plug sockets a bit dodgy but they provided us with an extension lead so that helped. Basic hotel that does the job for a few nights in Saigon.

There is a construction making noise at 7AM!!!”
I need to complain about this hotel. There is a construction everyday start at 7 AM making noise every day. We couldn’t sleep well at all during our stay!!! It is really bad because we picked this hotel wanted to party at night sleep till late and this noise happening every morning. The hotel didn’t even inform us about this noisy construction behind the hotel. Location was great and nearly minimarts in the next street. Also 1 minute walk to bus station to the airport

Despite engaged including so many supplies (equipments)for 3persons with more expenses ,such as coffee and water/hand sanitizers/ covic-masks/etc..They prepared almost nothing except only 2towels and 2 tooth-brushes..Even no tv modulator,I had to go out for watching World Cup soccer game 2 o'clock in the mid night for 2 hours. I complained strongly,but the staffs said only ''sorry''with doing nothing..Is that all?..So terrible!..You'll be easily disappointed when You make a reservation at this hotel.

They said they’d cancel the online booking to save the booking, but it was actually not, to charge twice. Be careful.

Acceptable”
We booked a room for 8 nights, but got moved to another hotel because they were overbooked. We were not feeling safe with the situation and the other hotel/room so we talked with the manager to get our booking cancelled and booked another hotel instead. The manager promised we would get our money back but we have not seen any sign of them. At time of writing this was 3 weeks ago.
