I request for receipt from Hotel Official Voucher they said they cannot give because i was paid from Agoda. Ok, I can understand this matter. Staff's face expression is not good and they need some hospitality skill to serve customers. And then they don't even send the reply with official email from their hotel email as they have know I was already paid and confirmed. I was used Agoda prepaid at that time . And then I mostly disappointing that they told me that i was booking from Agoda and seems like and act like I was not their customer. Actually I was the same customers for Agoda and Hotel Right??? Am I the only customer from Agoda ? Am I not their Hotel Customer? They need to update their hospitality skill to serve customer very well. Conclusion, Agoda and Hotel Myat Taw Win same-same Customer.

Nice room. The hotel is spread out over a large area. Pool. Great WiFi. Staff was lovely and were a great help in booking bus to Inle Lake. Huge breakfast buffet with egg station—good omelet. Hotel is not close to anything so we ate in their dining room and had a very good dinner. 5000k taxi to/from bus station.

Resort with nice pool”
I think most people stay here for business, so the hotel staff does not help with things like booking bus tickets. However we had an extra day there, so we enjoyed their nice clean pool all to ourselves.

Location remote, but all hotels are remote in this province. to walk to nearest supermarket which is just opposite hotel is about 3-5 meter. There is hardly any public transport only taxis and taxis are not metered, hotel staff will help to call for one and at a price they asked. Hotel styled like resort chalets. the most economical type are in bad condition. Toilet bowl and sink does not flush well. Towels are torn. Room has no facilities only a TV and reception is bad, they provide a CD/DVD player. Surrounding is pleasant in the morning and day lots of trees and plants surrounding but insufficient lighting at nite too dark to walk around. Breakfast is decent, room service is expensive order a corn & crab meat soup, hardly any crab meat cost USD5, a prawn salad with small prawn cut into small pieces approximately 3-4 pcs + tomatoes smash very watery cost USD7 total bill + other charges USD18.

Warmer and friendlier feeling”
The hotel and interaction with staff and guests are more real, genuine, ; it is all more relaxed than the ceremony and fakery of other hotels in which I have stayed for more than 5 days.

Great service and offered upgrade room”
When we was check in for 3 standard room, staff offered one room to upgrade suite. The suite is really big and living room delegated. Breakfast offer heavy as well and various choice of dishes. Location is hotel zone. Near to junction shopping center and SPC Petro station.

Decent hotel in a strange City”
NawPyiDaw has little tall buildings hence the hotels are mostly at ground level. MTW hotel was pretty decent but it is far off from the comforts of a 5 star hotel. The design is very dated but comfortable for a stay. Internet speed is ok for emails but not good for uploading (not a hotel problem but area issue). Its a bonus that it is 5min away from the mall (there is not much food options) Hotel breakfast is ok.

Too small room in a scattered hotel property ”
Room size mentioned is 344 sq ft, in actuals, it is 80 or maximum 90 sq feet. With two beds you can't even keep your luggage. To use kettle you need to go to Toilet as there is no space or power socket to use it in the room! Room had few insects and lot of mosquitoes. It took Air Con quite a while to cool such a small room. There is just one awkwardly placed power socket in the room. And yes, hotel is too big, they provide you golf carts to roam around within the hotel, still rooms are just 9ft by 10 ft or so. I happen to ask for a clothing iron, the attendant could not even fit a very small ironing board in the room, had to use bed. Either aviod the standard twin room or avoid the hotel at all, as there are numerous near by.

Twin rooms are located far off the lobby, quite isolated and dark. Recommended for short/quick stay, hotel is just opposite Junction City/the only two malls in Central Naypyitaw with supermarket and few selection of restaurants (walking distance). Most staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a bit worn out but good bathroom and great beds. Good wifi. The swimmingpool is nice but seems to close down from time to time if there is a conference, so check availability... staff is friendly but not always efficient. Dineroptions are rather expensive and not that great.

Tolle Anlage”
Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort. Die im japanischen Still angelegte Anlage ist super gepflegt und einfach schön anzusehen. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig und das Personal super freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
