Clean and peaceful”
Hotel room in a homestay. Worth to stay here in view of its location just 4km from ipoh town centre. Quite and Peaceful surrounding as its located within residential area. Clean room with normal amenities included. Simple "Ipoh style" breakfast (a cup of coffee, toast bread, 2 fried egg and banana) also included which is nice for me. Worth to stay here if you wish for a good and comfortable night sleep

It's a bungalow turned into a 16-room hotel and a great place to stay if you don't mind staying outside Ipoh city centre. It's surrounded by big bungalows. The hotel is still new and the rooms are complete with basic hotel facilities.

5 star room in superb banglo. A minute from centre city of Ipoh. There is staff duty on my stay he always station in the house as front desk. Very helpfull. We will be here next time visit Ipoh. Excellnnteee... Very recommended

We were enjoyed and the room was exactly in the pic. Modern and simple design, yet so comfortable. Hassle free during chex in & chex out. It’s only 1 thing if u want to stay here, you must have ur own transport as it’s pretty far from the town/city area. Overall was satisfied and definitely will come back here if we are plan to go to ipoh!

A quaint nice place to relax”
We booked this place through Agoda when we were on our way back to KL. It was a last minute decision to stay for a night in Ipoh as the traffic back to KL were quite heavy. Love the room (which consist of 1 queen bed and 1 single bed) and clean. Love the interior and decor of the house. It was nicely done. Every nook and corner is beautiful. Super love their big backyard at the back of the house where we ate our breakfast. Breakfast spread were OK. Enough to keep our tummy happy. Their Caretaker (forgot to ask his name) were very attentive with our questions. Highly recommended! :)

Like other people i was shocked when i entered this room. Amaze how they renovate this house into a hotel. The room was so spacious. Security was good. Breakfast provided was good as well. Definitely will be my first choice when i return to ipoh next time

Situated in the quiet and tranquil locality of Ipoh, a perfect hideout for the no-fuss traveler. A homestay actually in a souped up bungalow, with amazing decor of a 5-star hotel, with the owners staying together in the house. You'll be shocked to know that you are actually paying that little for that much. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a quick but extremely convenient and pleasant place to stay.

This hotel is suitable for a weekend get away, great ambience beautiful decor very quiet. For families of 5 its perfect as u can choose the superior triple room that comes with a king bed and a single bed, room size is very spacious.. the beds are super comfortable.. the room comes with free breakfast as well.. heard the owner is planning to built a pool when it is ready this small boutique hotel will be perfect.. definitely my choice of hotel next time i come to Ipoh.

Worth value and pleasant stay”
There is private car park in front of hotel but park at own risk. Hotel is converted from a double storey bungalow and without residential area. Location us strategic, only about 2.5km to Ipoh old town and about 4.5 km to kek look tong. Worth value for money, simple breakfast yet served Malaysian authentic food like nasi lemak, roti canai, egg, bread, fried mee hoon and some parties. Recommended to stay and will come back again.

Overall is good, just the water heater seem like not function well and the homestay is 15mins far from the city area.It is very nice and comfortable to stay. The room was exactly same as the photo shown. Staff are friendly and nice.

the room are worth $, 3 star hotel price but have 5 star hotel bed, bathroom. city distance for 15~20min, quite and a place which far away from car noise. but cleaniless need more improvement , the water boiler still have water inside, sugar pack is spoiled by ant and the cup is dirty. breakfast is local food quite nice, me and my family enjoy it.
